The Sims 2: Open for Business Expansion Pack
For the ''Business type'' people,

This was the first expansion pack I got, it was fun, it is fun still because I learned that its cool to make HUGE businesses. but its not for me, if your the 'Business Type' then this is right for you. Either that or you need more expansion packs so there would be more stuff to sell. Like the pets expansion pack and the business expansion packs are a great combo, I don't have pets, but i will have it VERY SOON. I know this because of the 'Designer Walkthrough' on the sims 2 website and/or youtube. Check those out to see if you like it, they tell you all about the expansion packs, or find some reviews online. You can really find out if you like this, I mean, I just went out and bought it without checking it out!

The Sims 2: Open for Business Expansion Pack
A Well Rounded Review
Written by RB from Van Nuys

I'm newer to "The Sims 2" gaming. I purchased "Open For Business" as my first expansion pack along with "Nightlife". I was initially drawn to "Open For Business" because of the ability to become an entrepreneur as most of my sims aspirations are fortune.
I found "Open For Business" gameplay VERY fun. It was really intriguing and open-ended as far as the possibilities. I'd say the learning curve is 1/2 Hour - 1 Hour depending on how quick of a learner you are.
Once you've gotten past the initial learning curve and are familiar with your business you'll have a ton of fun. And if you're like me, once your sim starts raking in the cash you'll be grinning ear to ear. It's very fulfilling for any person who has an entrepreneur mindset. ;-)
I give it 4 stars only because I don't believe anything is perfect. Otherwise it's pretty darn close.263 of 389 people found this useful
