I just bought a new emac with these upgraded speakers and I was blown away! The sound qaulity for the price is unbeatable. If you are looking for a GREAT sounding speaker for a cheap price, these are the ones.

If you're looking for small speakers with good sound or want to spend less than $100 you can't do better than these. I listened to at least a dozen 2 or 2+1 speaker setups and liked the quality of sound from these the best - even better than JBL's more expensive Creature speakers or the Intrigues' more expensive offerings. Apple's speakers are horrible in comparison.

i have just gotten these speakers today and have tried them out on a variety of songs. preformed marvelously and well worth the money!
