Reviews for iPad mini Smart Cover - (PRODUCT) RED

I'm not sure why people are giving this negative reviews, it works splendidly.

When I first bought my iPad Mini, along with it, I puchased the Targis case for protection. I liked the case, but had some minor issues with it. I decided to purchase the red Smart Cover and it's great. I like that you still have the feel of the iPad without the bulky cover and it makes toting it around in my school backpack very convenient. I have not had any problems with the cover staying on or anything. I was initially concerned however, that without having any back protection, it would become scratched, but that hasn't happened. My guess is that the material prevents that from happening (and I am also extremely careful with it). I have the black iPad mini and the red looks great (my university's colors). Good buy - I love it.

I disagree with the reviews on here complaining about the magnets. I can hold the cover and let the iPad hang and the magnets don't even budge. I haven't had a single incident where the magnets didn't stay in place. The tech part of it is pretty sweet too. Worth the money in my opinion. Love the bold red, will probably buy a few more colors as well.

i just love it, some think it's a case and its' made to protect from drops but they probably can't read because its stated in its name it is simply a COVER it does its job perfectly plus you can actually use it as a stand to watch movies!

Me and my girlfriend both acquired an iPad mini with in one week of each other. She had a pink case & after using hers my new iPad seemed naked w/ out one. After I got a Red Smart Case I realized it also gives me a better grip when it's in open position. To my personal experience the Smart Cover greatly adds to the experience. I love it!

I love the RED color. It's beautiful and makes my mini easy to spot wherever i set it down.

The case's magnet is strong, and turns the ipad off immediately when I close the lid. Turns on right away when I open it.

It works great in the base position to view movies or video.

I received my smart cover yesterday and I love it. Because the ipad mini is so light the magnetic strip hold on nice and tight. The only thing that I do not like is that when I use it as a stand to watch movies/netflix it feels unstable when you touch it, not like the smart cover for the plane Ipad that feels really sturdy. Over all it is a nice product it keeps the screen clean and scratch free.

My Ipad Mini is Black and i am using a Red Smart Cover...Look excellent and the Red Black Combination is also very nice...But a little surprised that why is apple not selling Smart Cases for Ipad Mini........

I love this case, the color is amazing and it's an awesome contrast on the slate iPad mini, I'm sure it would also look amazing if not better on the white iPad mini. The case is also a (PRODUCT) RED case, so part of the proceeds goes to the World AIDS Fund to help fight AIDS, which I'm proud to own. There is nothing better when you own something that gives back as well, it's the epitome of a true win-win! :)
