Reviews for Apple EarPods with Remote and Mic

The plug won't stay in place of my ipad2. I had tried to turn it to tighten it but it kept coming loose. Hence the sound would not come out from the ear phone unless I kept pressing on it with my finger. But then it kept stopping my movie from playing.

SUMMARY: The earpods are a much needed improvement from Apple's previous earphones. They offer truly great sound for the price but the design doesn’t fit as advertised.

DETAILS: When you compare the sound of these earpods to premium sound alternatives (Bose, etc.), you will get just as good sound but at a very attractive price. I use the earpods pretty much everywhere: the gym, while waiting at an appointment, when I’m out and about...wherever I want without a problem. But I must comment on the disappointment I feel with the fact that, just like the previous earphones, the earpods still fall out of my ear. I’m not alone in having this experience. And what got me really disappointed was that they were advertised to stay in the ear better. That has not been my experience. However, if you want a really great listening experience, and don’t mind occasionally having to put the earpods back in your ear...purchase the earpods! My recommendation to Apple is that they have something similar to the Bose StayHear® clips.

BUT they don't stay in my ear like the other folks they just don't stay in wht so ever I tried but its a no go . I love the sound cable is great control is nice not a thing wrong with it but it was not meant for my ears I would love to use them but tired of always having to push them back in I do recommend them but its not meant to be

These earphones are great. The sound quality is so much better than the old ones, and others can't hear what you are listening to (like the old ones). However, I do find that these earphones don't last very long. Apple should find a way to improve durability so that they last longer.

These earbuds are very fairly priced, I've owned every pair of Apple headphones and these are by far the most comfortable, best sounding, and best designed. I'd compare these earbuds to some similar priced models by AKG and Audio-Technica. Sure there is better stuff out there but in THIS class in THIS price range they are totally worth it. Bass is exceptional, mid's are present and sound great and highs are brilliant. I give them my seal of approval!

Everyone should get these eapods. They are a major jump from the old earbuds with improved sound quality and include a mic and a control clicker and they are very comfortable in my ears and they stay there.

other than the great sound quality and the very handy mic and remote, it tend to slip off your ear and it only last for about 4-5 months and the right speaker is starting to stop working maybe thats just me but its pretty great.

I used to not really care for Apple's old headphones, but i highly recommend them, people are always saying beats are the best, there not. i really recommend you buy these, skullcandy earbuds and bose headphones! I have all three of those and there the perfect combination of headphones i need for different things! and there great! and if you get these ones for 30 bucks they come with a nice carry case to, for when im going to the gym, and best of all, they fit in my ears! So get these! there the best. no beats stuff. these are the third best headphones i know, and there 30 bicks. best 30 bucks i ever spent. If your looking to buy more than one different type of earbuds, get those three. if your looking for great sound and fit for not too much cash, then congrats, youve come to the right page!:) BUY BUY BUY!

I have the ears that no earpod fits. I am always putting them back in because they are always falling out. These earpods work! They stay in when I am walking and at the gym. If they can stay in my ears, then they can stay in your ears. So stop thinking about it - Buy it.

Headphone work great however are useless now since the volume controls no longer work. Not exactly sure why they don't work even though the microphone does. Either way they stopped working after having them less than three months and my roommates stopped working after one month. Consider this.
