    Alright for the Price

    • Written by from Saint Michael

These headphones don't sound nearly as great as the Audio Technica ath-m50 or other quality over-ear headphones. However, if you compare them to much more expensive ($100) in ear headphones, such as urbeats, they sound decent. Like beats headphones, the bass is somewhat distorted and flooded, and the treble is muffled. On the other hand, they aren't sealed, so the bass had to be exaggerated to be maintained. The mids do sound quite good so that is a plus. For the fit, they don't fall out of my average ears with casual use, but I wouldn't suggest them for exercise. Overall, a huge improvement over the last stock apple headphone.

    Done at six months

    • Written by from Federal Way

Six months or less the mic is screwing with your music. It pauses and plays on its own & keeps turning on Voice control when i dont want it to happen!

    Does not fit women's ears!

    • Written by from Bay City

I couldn't stand the previous version of apple's earbuds, was excited when I got the new style with my iPhone 5s yesterday. I was impressed by the packaging of the earbuds, thinking how convient this would be to keep in my purse, and impressed at the sound quality. They are too big for my ears, no matter if I keep my face totally still and sitting on the couch they fall out, they fall out walking around the house, there is no way to get them to stay. I'll stick with my Yurbuds which have a similar shape but actually fit women's ears, and have adjustable sizers.

    The mic won't last

    • Written by from Fort Worth

Less than six months in the mic is broken. I can hear sounds, but can't control volume, etc., and no one can hear me. I tried blowing every crevice out with canned air. No lint in the port, either. And what everyone else said about discomfort and earaches. They better replace them or I'm gonna get temperamental.

The sound on these Apple EarPods are fantastic. I love the feature of controlling the volume compatibility with the iPhone or the MacBook Pro Mavericks.

I'll rather have five pairs of the apple EarPods than one pair of beats by dre. For an all around great listening experience, second to beats, yet a fifth of the price. The apple EarPods will definitely leave you with positive vibrations.

    Fantastic feel and sound!

    • Written by from Franklin

Apple has hit a home run with the iPods. Finally a truly great sound and a comfortable fit. I am personally delighted to have purchased this for $29. Even the carrying case is a fantastic idea and will help keep the cord untangled. A perfect fit.

    Very uncomfortable

    • Written by from Philadelphia

Most painful earbuds I've ever owned. They don't fit properly and are too large. Another failed attempt by apple to change something that was already designed well.

    Won't block ambient noise

    • Written by from VANCOUVER

These EarPods are OK if you are in a quiet environment, and if you are not moving much. I find that if I try running the Apple EarPods fall out because don't really fit tight into your ear - just hang in the pocket above your earlobe. For the same reason they don't block out ambient noise. The mic/iPhone control works well.

    The best headphones I have

    • Written by from Zebulon

These are hands down the best headphones I have ever had. I have the 150 dollar Beats Tour headphones, and these 30 dollar ones are still much better than them. The bass, the depth, holding in the music, all found in these headphones. Definitely worth it, even if you aren't an apple person.

    JUST AMAZING!!!

    • Written by from Auckland

The Apple Earpods features amazing improvements yet not improvements in sound but design,

the design has a different shape where u never seen before, you ask your self " How on Earth did Apple make this!!?!?!

the design is made to fit into your ear and fires the sound directly into your ear canal, as it brings strong bass and sound,

    id recommend this to all,

    A Pox on this Garbage!

    • Written by from Naples

    I hate these things.

I hate them, hate them, HATE THEM.

After my decent (for the price) earbuds died in a horrible dancing-chimp incident, I endeavored to replace them once I regained the use of my kegs. The old style being unavailable, I ended up almost wasting 30-something bucks on these, but decided to shoplift them instead.

The sound is awful. The bass pounds my head unless I have the volume at the very minimum, and even then all I can hear is that dåmned thumping. The treble and mid-range are completely drowned out on this aural aberration, yet everyone praises the sound quality?!

Is "dat bass" all you bacon-flakes care about anymore? What about Bob? Whatever happened to Robot Jones? Who am I? Does my shirt even exist? Bottom line, these things are bad. They make me wanna go out and set things on fire. Normally, I just wanna burn things in the comfort of my own home.

If Sonic the Hedgehog taught us anything, it's this: "You're too slow!"

Come on Apple, step it up.

    Frustrating

    • Written by from Taunton

Bought these because I was impressed with the sound quality and the fact that they weren't those horrible in-ear phones that seems to be all the rage nowadays. Unfortunately, they don't stay in your ear for more than 5 seconds! I spend more time trying to stop my earphones falling out than I do listening to music. I'm not sure if it's the mic on the right earpod that's causing it to fall out all of my ear all the time or that they're only designed for certain sizes of ears...either way they're very poorly designed.

    Crystal Clear Sounds

    • Written by from Gardena

The sounds produced by Apple EarPods are crystal clear. When listening my favorite music, at first I could not believe that I was listening the same music. These little headphones bring out all the sounds that I did not hear before. Fantastic!

There is a catch, however. When the headphones are used on iPhones or iPods, they produce perfect sounds. However, on Mac computers, the headphones generate too much bass. Perhaps, it might have something to do with its software that controls the audio on O/S level.

    Don't like them

    • Written by from Whitehorse

These EarPods must have been designed by a man and never tested on women. They are way too big which make them fall out easily and are very uncomfortable to wear. Definately not fit for smaller ears. I gave them away to a male friend of mine, he absolutely loves them. I wish I felt the same about it :(

    Won't stay in ear

I cannot get these to stay in my ear . They fall out continually which makes them pretty much useless. The only way these remain in my ears is if I hold them in . Sound was good when I could hear through them
