Reviews for Apple EarPods with Remote and Mic

I own a pair of $500 dollar shure in-ear headphones and $350 dollar klipsch noise canceling in ear head phones - none of these can compete with the Apple EarPods, they are fantastic in terms of balanced sound - and you don't hear your own heartbeat or breathing as with all the other in ear noise cancellation head phones ... great sound, comfortable and dirt cheap ... I wish they were available in black ...

For only $30 or coming free with some of the newer devices, they are definitely the best headphones for the buck. Comfortable, has a lot more bass than the previous version. Definitely would suggest these for other people.

I'm not the kind of person that invests much in headphones. The last pair I bought are some 15$ Sony earplugs. Yeah, they deliver OK sound for the price, but I've never liked earplugs. I don't mind hearing some background noise, especially when doing sports, so I can be aware of what's going on in my environment.

So I was really curious about the EarPods. Wow. They fit my ears perfectly and don't fall off easily. Maybe when I'll be biking around they could fall, but when I shake my head sideways or up and down, they stay in my ears. The sound is great for the price, the bass is present and the rest is clear. The frequencies are well balanced. I use Exodus (Bob Marley & The Wailers) in 320 kbps AAC to try out headphones on my iPhone 4 and MBP and yeah, I really like what I hear. But if you're a bass maniac, look elsewhere.

The build construction is great, way better than the previous iPod headphones. The remote looks more rugged and I can't wait to try the mic on a phone call.

Apple did a great job on those headphones. I expect them to be a hit with the ongoing iDevices.

These are great. Several weeks ago i accidently washed and dryed them on one of my jackets and to my surprised they still worked!

I give this earphones 10/10. By far they are the best pair I owned. Great Bass Great quality sound Im sold.

After a minute or so, I couldn't even tell that they were in my ear! Amazing fit and really good quality sound. I reccommend trying someone elses out before buying if possible as other reviews suggest they might not be the '1 size fits all' that Apple intended for.

I got my set with my IPhone5 and they sound so great!!!! They have to be the best head phones i have ever had and you can get them $30 you really cant find better at that price. Great job Apple!!!!!!

These earbuds are such an improvement from the old style ones that there is no comparison. They are much more comfortable and I can keep them in longer than I could the old ones and they don't make my ears sore. The sound quality is better and the bass produced is very impressive. Defiantly worth $30 they sound on par with my $130 Klipsch earbuds! Really recommended over the old style earbuds.

I always use Bose MIE2 with my phone/music and lost them recently and waited for my iPhone 5 and these earpords to come before I buy new Bose. These are very nice earpods, fits most of the ears an sound quality is almost as Bose, sure not better than Bose but very good compitition to Bose. Nice product and costs 3 times lesser than Bose. Good work Apple.
