Reviews for Apple EarPods with Remote and Mic

I had a lot of hope and positive anticipation for these EarPods...but my bubble was popped instantly! These are more ergonomically designed than the generic style from previous, but I could not get these EarPods comfortable in my ears. I twisted, turned, and tucked these in my ears all kinds of ways, but they just never felt comfortable or felt secure. I kept thinking they would fall out with every head turn. In fact, I couldn't stop focusing on the discomfort enough to evaluate the sound quality. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! I'm sticking with Skullcandy earbuds!

I am rating this product as 1 star only because it won't fit on my ear at all! When I put these on, my ears would start to hurt in a few minutes. I can't even explain how uncomfortable it is. Which is sad, since when related to sound quality, it is far better than the previous one.
I would like Apple to start seriously considering and reviewing their new product, since the other earphone seems to be discontinued, which means we (who can't use this earpod) will not be able to listen to great music with great sound quality anymore.

At first, these are the best ear buds in the world. But now they've gone so wrong I had to write this review. The right ear bud is three times less the volume than the left one. And they sound so blurry. Probably because the little stuff in the plug in on my iPhone 5. Which gets annoying because you have to clean it out once a day with a paper clip.

So upset, these are the first headphones that are totally comfortable... amazingly comfortable and the first time I plugged them in the sound was great, nice and full of bass. The second time I plugged them in there was a lot of static, even without even playing any music out of them, to move or adjust the cord at the plug in point made sound go in and out of ears, one then the other, quiet then loud. Just overall awful can't believe Apple put their name on it.

I didn't think earbuds could get worse than the old ones.. Uncomfortable and horrible sound. Better off with ANY other cheap earbuds from a gas station. I am very disappointed.

I couldn't tell you about the sound quality... they just don't work with small ears. Really disappointing!

Would have given them two stars but the redesign was way overhyped. They sound great, but that's worthless if you can't keep them from falling out of your ears when you move your head. I usually love Apple products, but their headphones are amongst the worst I've ever owned. Please don't buy these if you're planning to move around at all...

They are awesome, they sound perfect, just perfect. They are really comfortable but just for the fist five minutes. I got mines with my iPhone 5 last week. And I have to say that I was really pleased with my new headphones on that time. This morning I was using them and with the volume not that high they just stop working on the right side. So they sound great but unfortunately they are uncomfortable and doesn't have a minimal quality of the product itself

Nice sound but when played too quiet you can hear this awful buzzing noise.they hurt your ears. The worst problems I had were- right earbud stopped working, then when I was pulling the connector out of my device the whole part broke and got stuck in the jack and I had to get it out with pliers.Overall good sound but Bad quality.

These are the most uncomfortable earphones I have ever had! I can't believe I purchased such a nice product and it came with such terrible earphones. Oh well, anything to spend more money, right! As you can tell, I'm VERY disappointed!
