    Fit MY ears great

    • Written by from Anchorage

The new ear buds fit in my ears better than the old ones. But not everyone's ears are the same. So I would understand that for some people, they don't fit or are uncomfortable. I'd imagin the new buds fit most ears. If its possible, see if they fit well before u buy. Sound quality is pretty good too and makes phone conversations easy to hear.

    Good Earbuds

    • Written by from Burlington

As far as earbuds go, you get a pretty good sound out of these EarPods. I have average sized ears, so I haven't had any problems with the fit. The only thing I would recommend watching out for is if you leave them out of your ears for even a little while during a Canadian winter, they get alarmingly cold, extremely fast. It's quite a shock every time.

    Love 'Em.

These earphones have very excellent sound quality. They're the best bang for your buck basically. Only downside- they hurt after about 1-2 hours while in your ear.

    Do they come in BLACK!?!?

    • Written by from Seattle

Great headphones for under $30. Improved sound compared to previous Apple earbuds, comfortable for my ears....But common Apple don't discriminate, give us a black option!!!

Best $30 in ears money can buy.

    • Written by from Cincinnati

I bought these to replace the $70 in ear Sol's that I lost. These are in no way the best sounding headphones I've ever owned but they are surprisingly good across all ranges considering the cost. Also while they are not the best sounding cans I've ever purchased I will say these are by far the best fitting in ears I've ever owned. Did I mention they were the best fitting in ears I've ever owned? That in itself makes the sound and listening quality go up because I'm not having to finick with them and can just be about the business of listening.

Even though though I liked the sound of the Sol's because of the fit I'm sort of glad I lost them and get the EarPods. Best $30 in ears your money can buy.

    Better than Expected

    • Written by from Samut Prakarn

I just bought the EarPods over the weekend for my iPhone 4S. I was unsure about its performance since there is no test unit to try on. The first impression is good wrap in package design will make it convenience for carry around and prevent tangling. The bud design is good because it fit in my ears perfectly. Sound wise, bass is impressive, mid and high tones are good. Overall, with this price range, I totally satisfied.

    Apple ear pods

    • Written by from Torquay

Ok they sound amazing look amazing , but they don't fit all ears like apple claims .
However putting sponges on them helps a bit but I def can't run in them
But I still think there worth having for train journeys camping etc as you can't beat the sound of thease things

    Very satisfied. Quite Excellent

I have strong feelings about Apple's EarPods.

At first glance in the box, EarPods look very stylish and sleek with a touch of shine. They are very easy to take out of the case and even easier to put in the ear. They slip in quite nicely and stay in. I have had no problems with them coming out whatsoever and they are very comfortable.
The first song I listened to using my new EarPods gave me goosebumps. The bass is rich, the mid tones are clear, and the high fidelity is crisp as a fresh apple. I highly recommend these for anyone who doesn't want to pay a pretty dollar for headphones, and keeping quality at the same time. $29 is well worth it.

Apple EarPods are superb headphones that won't put a sizable dent in your wallet, and offer exceeding quality of sound standards. I am very satisfied.

    Okay

These are okay phones. The sound is mostly good, but if you're an audiophile they will not do. They are disposable, if they break they cannot be fixed. They do not have sound isolation. Remote and mic are great, they help a lot. These are okay, especially if you're on a budget. I would recommend the Apple In-Ear Headphones for something better, yet still somewhat cheap.

Very Comfortable with Great Sound but not if you have small ears

    • Written by from Pacifica

I bought these for my wife for Christmas but was disappointed that they were too large and the hard plastic poked uncomfortably into her ear. For me this is not a problem however and I love the way they fit and feel. So I'm keeping them for me. :)

They stay in comfortably for me and their sound is really excellent with decent base and clear highs.

So if you have ears that, for in-ear headphones, need the tiny/smallest ear cushions to get them comfortably in your ear canal, these might not be the best choice.

I have just received the newly released Apple EarPods with Remote and Mic and I am very happy with them the quality is great except the remote doesn't seem well built!
That's just my point of view! Great for $30!

    Much Improved

    • Written by from Saunderstown

Much better sound, great for included headphones.
The slick plastic does make these susceptible to falling out.
Some kind of rubber or foam tip would make these perfect.
    But sound wise, far better.

    Very nice, lacks covers/foam

    • Written by from Passau

    Great quality really.

only 4/5 stars, due to no earbud foam/covers. Keep falling off my right ear, very hard to find some white foams.

    Very nice but...

These headphones are worth what they cost. They sound amazing, it is comfortable to wear, and it is one of my favorites to use. On the downside I left a pair of these in my pockets and they went into the washing machine on accident. They are now broken. They are definitely not as indestructible as the previewous generation apple earphones, but they do provide a good listening experience. Like I said, they are worth what they cost.

    Definitely Worth Upgrading

    • Written by from Honolulu

I just got the EarPods today and was listening to Pandora with them to get a variety of sounds. I immediately noticed stronger bass and boom and a more comfortable, immersive experience as compared with the previous model. The old earbuds would hurt my ears after a bit wearing them. These EarPods are smooth and angled to go inside the ear, and with the music playback, I can still hear ambient noise but only if it is in the same room or at louder volume. I can wear them for hours without experiencing irritation or pain. I don't like total noise cancellation, so these 'pods work excellently for me.

I also like the plastic travel case. Easy to just wind the headphones around and pack them away, which prevents them getting caught on things when trying to pull them from a bag.

The controls and cord feel sturdier and more tactilely stimulating when clicking the buttons.

For the price, the EarPods deliver crisper sound than any earbud style headphones I've ever tried. A more expensive USB headset delivers better sound, but the EarPods are worth the purchase because they are portable, can be worn for a long time without discomfort, and music is full enough that it takes focus for the most part unless you're in loud environments.

Great ear pods, better than the more expensive ones from Apple and very other one out there, even the more expensive ones. Bass is very good also. The only thing is that the plastic is slippery, takes some time to adjust. I use a foam around it which you can be found at Radio Shack.

    Impressed, even with high expectations

    • Written by from Burlington

Sound quality is outstanding, considering these are $35 in Canada.
I still find the cord material and short length to be a bit annoying.

I will be interested to see how well these stand up to wear and tear.
