    Good, but ......

    When I connect the SD card from the camera to the iPad and import the photos, everything works as it should. But when I try to put the SD back into my Canon, apparently it changes it's format or something because the camera won 't read my SD card afterwards. I have an iPad 4th gen and I use it to transfer photos from my camera on-the-go to quickly edit and upload. But, seeing as I can't re-insert it in the camera, it's a huge issue. Does anyone else have this issue?

    No 64gb?

    Won't read 64gb cards? That's incredibly annoying, it's not a popular size yet, but it's certainly not obscure. Not working with iPhones is an annoyance as well, but well enough documented that I already knew of the limitation before ordering.

    disappointing adapter

    I purchased this adapter to transfer video and photo's to my iPad. While technically the device does copy these file types over you need to create the correct directory structure on the SD card and name video files a format that the ipad recognizes. Seems like it would be easy to just recognize the file formats without regard to naming. I have several home movies that I have saved off with naming that makes sense vs. the standard naming. Very short sited of Apple to limit this device to old conventions.

    Reader will NOT read .jpg's from your PC you can ONLY use to copy directly from the camera to the ipad. A .jpg is a .jpg right ?? not so apparently... This could be simple but for some reason Apple has chosen to make this a chore to do with iTunes! Also for those who shoot RAW+JPG it will copy both over, a waste of space. Apple if you are watching PLEASE fix your software so that we can use the SD reader to copy over any images or video not just directly from a camera!
