    Just a little longer!

    I love how fast you can charge your device, but just adding a foot to your stock cord does not cut it with me! Please make a 10 foot cord or even 12! I would like the cord that's at least as long as I am.

    Love the longer cord!

    I highly recommend this. It is nice having the longer cord so that you don't have to sit next to an electrical outlet if you want to use the iPad while it's charging.

    Why make it so hard to distinguish from iPod/iPhone charger?

    Great so I can charge my iPhone4S much faster with this one (5.1V, 2.1A) compared to the iPod/iPhone charger (5V, 1A) but why does it require bright light and magnifying glasses to distinguish between both adapters?

    Super Charger for iPad

    I have had my iPad for two months now and I have always looked into getting this power charger because it has a longer cord. I like how the charger comes with the six foot power cord and it comes with another two prong wall plug attachment. So far I enjoy using this charger both due to the extra lenght and the speed when it charges my iPod. This cord also works with any MacBook notebook chargers to increase length. I am so happy that I made this purchase and I hope that Apple keeps this in the iPad accessories line-up! Good job Apple!

    Great secondary/travel cord.

    Picked this up to use with my shiny new 3rd Gen iPad. Wanted this one since it has a longer cable than the original charger that comes with the iPad. This one will primarily be my home charger so that allows the original charger I got to use as my travel charger. Little on the pricey side for a charger but, eh, it's Apple whatya expect.

    Longer Cord

    I had this same longer cord for my MacBook so I used it with the the 10W Power Adapter that came with my new iPad (third generation). It works great! So if you have a MacBook that came with the longer cord, no need to spend additional money here unless you need 2.

    This longer cable is great.

    I have enjoyed using this charger for about two months and think it's great. This adaptor has a much longer cable than the one that comes with your iPad. I highly recommend this. I have to question whether other reviewers are confusing this adaptor with the one included with the iPad.

    Too hot to handle

    My original charger for my ipad (first edition, 64gig 3g ready) died, so I purchased a new one. When I used the 6 foot adapter, and checked it 5 minutes later, the box part where it connects to the 6 ft cord was extremely hot. I immediately unplugged it. Set the 6ft adapter aside and only used the charger. No heat, charges like the original. I don't understand what the point is in having the 6 foot adapter.

    Awesome Charger!

    This is an awesome charger it charges my iPad 2 and all of my other devices (since the usb plug is interchangeable with any usb 2.0 cable) so much faster than normal. I couldn't live without this product, considering buying a second one! A must buy!

    Expensive extension cord

    Got this for my wife's iPad. She commented that a white extension cord for the original charger would have been a lot less expensive than this, and the pop off part with the blades is just going to get lost. However, a second sync/charge cord and brick may be useful for others.

    Stops ipad2 vibrating

    Ive not long had my iPad and noticed that with standard charger supplied with iPad when I used it to charge my iPad the back of my iPad vibrated. I've found this is a common problem. I searched the web for answers and found that this charger stops the vibrating so I bought one, and yes it worked don't feel a thing from iPad anymore. Plus lead is very long. Apple really should supply these adaptors when you buy iPad. I'm just a bit gutted I had to spend £25 buying this but it's money we'll spent as I wasnt sure if the vibrating was good for my iPad.

    I use this to charge everything that needs to be charge via usb cord. Stay away from cheaper ones, the power needs to be clean in order to keep using the touch screen. Plus it seems to do better, quicker.

    Great item could be improved

    Ok I love the Idea of being able to have a 6 foot cord on the usb adaptor works great for my iPod but heres the problem I see with it My partner has and I pad I worked really hard to get him to be come a mac person over android and we will both be getting the iPhone 5 when it is released I think this adaptor should be able to handle 3 or 4 USB so u can charge your I phone iPad iPod touch and not have 3 or in our case it will be 6 of these chargers to charge all of apple devices and I would buy 6 of them if they had 3 or even 4 USB charging ports I drive truck so one would go in my truck one would go in my office for my company 2 would go in the living room one would go to my patterns work and one would be in my partners home office I give this charger a 3 out of 5 starts just cause it don't have 3 or more USB charging ports on it

    Temperamental charging results

    Very disappointing. The charger seems to work sometimes and not on other occasions. I have this set up under my desk and too often I have grabbed my phone or my iPad and rushed to a meeting to find that it has been sat there all day without charging and the battery is almost flat.

    Only solution seems to be to constantly disconnect the middle adapter and reconnect to get it going again.

    Poor quality Apple product.

    Too Fragile

    It's the fastest charger I've ever used and at the same time the fastest one I've ever had to replace. I just got my ipad 2 this year and the charger lasted for only 5 months. The main problem has to do with the cable being too short and wires easily being damaged. It's not fun having to twist and bend an already damaged cable in awkward angles out of desperation to get my device charged.

    Awesome Power Adapter/Charger

    Have used this product for over a year. Works great! The six foot cord adds versatility to access power source that is not easily accessible. Charges my iPad and iPod Touch without having to turn on my iMac or MBP. Will be purchasing a second one to use with a Mobee Magic Bar Charger to charge my Apple Wireless Keyboard and Magic Track Pad. Highly recommend this Apple product.
