    Great overall keyboard but....

    • Written by from holly hill

I absolutely love this little keyboard. The keys respond great, it never drops connection with my iMac, and it even has the shortcut keys for dashboard, brightness level, volume, eject, and multimedia control (rewind, play/pause, fast forward). It's a great space saver with a very sleek, cool design and of course it's wireless. The only reason why I can't give it a full 5* is because of the absence of a numeric pad like traditional keyboards (as well as the Apple USB keyboard). Although I've gotten used to using the numeric buttons on the top of the keyboard, it's a lot easier for accounting purposes to have the little numeric pad on the right. Do yourself a favor and get this keyboard but don't forget to silicon key protector! It, IMH opinion, makes the keys feel that much better and of course it keeps the keyboard from getting dirty.

Love this keyboard. I think the only thing that would make it better would be to have the numeric keypad added...

    Perfect...but could be better...

The sleek design and the low key profile makes this baby real handy-cool-portable keyboard. But it would be more perfect if it has a wireless full keyboard version and/or illuminated keys.

    Great keyboard!

This keyboard is great! Same size as a regular keyboard, takes up so much less space! Its connected by Bluetooth, so now USB port needed, also works from 33 ft. ( 9 meters )

One flaw though, the price. $69 for a keyboard!?

    Excellent design

    • Written by from Rehoboth

Keyboard is nice and slim and has a great feel when typing. The only problem is the lack of a numerical pad such as on the wired keyboard. This is only a small drawback, but I would not recommend this keyboard for anyone that relies heavily on the numpad. Otherwise a great keyboard!

    Great keyboard, mediocre battery life.

    • Written by from San Francisco

By replacing the batteries with rechargeables, this goes from a 4 star to a 5 star keyboard. It's not exactly configured like my Macbook, so it takes a little getting used to but now I can type on my laptop comfortably just as fast as on a standard keyboard.

Pretty Good! Needs a Numeric Keypad.

    • Written by from Weidman

As the title states, I like this keyboard. It's very comfortable, light, thin, and elegant. I do wish there was a Numeric Keypad although. Great design! I think that it is a little too expensive, but I wouldn't mind paying $50. I did purchase it though and I am glad I did. I no longer need to plug a receiver into my PowerBook G4. Great Product Apple!

    Works fine

I've been using this keyboard for about a week, with absolutely no problems. It wakes my sleeping laptop (no exceptions to that yet), the response rate of keystroke to screen display is the same as my laptop's keyboard, and I love its look and feel, and the lack of a cable. I'm only using my laptop as a CPU now, except, of course, when I travel. It connects easily, and does not lose the connection, until I turn it off. Working is a lot more comfortable, with this new configuration.

I can't speak to battery life at this point. After about a week of consistent (though not continuous) use, the batter still show a 100% charge. So far, I really like it, and can strongly recommend it to others.

    Wireless Keyboard

    • Written by from MCKINNEY

I was given the wireless keyboard as a gift. I LOVE IT! We have always been a PC family having family working for a PC company, but I ventured off to the Mac world. I will never return to the PC world! I am loving every Apple Product I have ever purchased or received.

The keyboard is very smooth and easy to type on. It makes me want to type just to type. The thing I wish Apple should have added is the back light. It would have been very convenient to use.

    Adivce: Get the wireless keyboard.

Works great on PC. Slim,Sleek, and Stylish

Been using this keyboard for about 3 days already and its working great. PC recognized the keyboard right away (using a usb bluetooth adapter). Only downside is that there is no Num pad. Overall its really small and I was so suprised at how slim and small it actually is. Command key works the same was as the windows key does also. Overall i gave it a 4 star for being style, wireless bluetooth, Easy typing. minus 1 star for no num pad.

    Numeric keypad please!

I agree with DB from Atlanta. This keyboard needs a numeric keypad like the wired version! I have both, but I use the wired version just for the numeric keypad.

    Excellent Keyboard- expensive batteries

    • Written by from East Bethany

I absolutely love the design. The keys are responsive enough that it doesn't aggravate my tendonitis like old clunkers do.
I switched to the wireless because of the mobility around my room- because of the accessibility features on the iMac, I can zoom in on my screen, which means I can sit on my bed ten feet from my computer and still stay on the internet.
As far as the lack of keypad, I am a fast typer who has always use the keypad- it slowed me down a little. I just invested an hour of my time practicing using the normal number keys and my typing is unaffected. There are also shortcuts for the opposite of backspace (function + delete), page up/down (function up/down arrow) and more, so the keys that are missing are still usable.
My only problem is the battery life. I get about a week out of it, and I'm not a heavy user on the keyboard. I'm a moderate user, and in talking to other moderate users, I should get at least a month if not more. My mouse gets several months but my new keyboard has already gone through 4 batteries in less than three weeks.

    Love the footprint

    • Written by from SEMINOLE

Yes, it's sleek and smooth. The compact design pairs well with my Mini. Not only does it look good but it has a nice feel to the keys. I use a new iMac at work and have become accustomed to the numeric keypad, so I would like to see the next generation of wireless have it.

Awesome keyboard. Looks great and the wireless works without flaw so far. I just wish it came in the full size with the numeric keypad. Then it would be perfect!

the keyboard is a great accessory to go with the MBP. i'm very happy that i purchased this with the magic mouse and the 24" monitor. Apple knows it's products, accessories, and its owners. good job, Apple.

    Works well but eats batteries

    • Written by from Purcellville

I've had the keyboard for ~3 weeks. Had to swap batteries already, and I'm at 67% on the replacements. I'm not sure if I have some sort of BT conflict, but I'll have to look into that possibility. Meanwhile- consider rechargeable batteries if you pick up this keyboard..
