    Perfect

    • Written by from Godfrey

The keys provide a crisp, responsive typing experience. The form factor is extremely thin and lightweight - perfect for one wanting an external keyboard with limited desk space (my situation). I use mine primarily on a Windows 7-based laptop and love it. I also play PC games using it and have had zero problems.

To be honest, I'm not sure why this keyboard isn't rated higher than it is - I think it's perfect for someone who enjoys a very streamlined, no-frills keyboard that looks great.

    Gorgeous Keyboard

    • Written by from Albuquerque

I use one of these with my Apple Mac Mini and another one with my iPad 2.

It is just sleek, cool, a beautiful design and works well.

No trouble pairing and holds the connection. The batteries last a long time too.

    Highly recommended............

    This keyboard can handle abuse!

    • Written by from Toronto

If you do not have experience with this keyboard, as soon as you start typing on it you notice the difference. The keys are soft and easy to push, which makes it very easy to type. The keys are also very quiet, which is a nice plus for those of us that are quick at typing.
The wireless range is amazing. When I am watching a marathon of shows, I bring my keyboard with me to curl up on the couch. I never had a problem with this keyboard in the 2-3 years I've had it.
I am pretty clumsy.. I've dropped this keyboard many times and it is tough enough to handle me... even when I dropped drink after drink after drink on it.. Eventually (and many drinks later) when I spilt my last drink on it, even though the whole keyboard was completely covered, the only keys effected were two keys (the question and colon key)... which is absolutely amazing.. since I went threw a few keyboards (other brands, not this one).
I sincerely recommend this keyboard. My last incident was about a week ago, and although it is unfortunate I am unable to use my question mark and colon (which you can just click in character viewer) that is obviously my well deserved fault. I will be buying this keyboard again as soon as the iPhone 4S hype dies down!!

    Great keyboard

    • Written by from havertown

This keyboard is a great choice for a wireless work environment. It lasts about 2 months on a charge and I never turn it off. It also works great with my iPhone and iPad. You can do command + x/c/v to cut copy and paste on the iPad. You can also change the brightness and volume using it. This keyboard is great for those who want to stay mobile. I have had it for 6 months without a single problem. The aluminum also gives it a sturdy feel.

    A must have!

    • Written by from Bakersfield

The wireless keyboard is a must have! I purchased the docking station keyboard initially. I didn't like it and never used it. I exchanged that keyboard for the wireless keyboard. It is awesome. It is very easy to set up. It's so easy to use I find myself using it even when I don't really need to. Do yourself a favor and get one.

I am currently using the keyboard with my iPad. I haven't used it with my Macbook yet but I can.

    Wonderful iPad Addition

    • Written by from Burbank

Just wanted to take a moment to say how pleased I am with the way the keyboard works with my iPad. I'm using it right now with the iPad lying in front of it on the table (I have a Griffin easel on order) and it is a pleasure.

First, it was easy to set up under the Bluetooth settings. Just turn it on, the iPad recognizes it, click to connect, and voilà. Second, when the keyboard is connected the virtual keyboards don't pop up, giving more room on the screen. Third, when you want to use the virtual keyboard (maybe to input in a different language) all you need to do is hold down the keyboard's on/off switch for 5 seconds and it appears.

Not all the function keys work, but those that do are very helpful: screen brightness, iPod controls, volume. And the esc key is even handy when the iPad spell check incorrectly wants to change a word. Here, the esc key acts the same as touching the x on the pop-up spelling box. The arrow keys make navigating around a document easy.

Lastly, I think the integrated keypad and iPad dock is too limited. You can only use the vertical orientation and it won't fit as neatly in a computer bag. The Apple Wireless Keyboard gives the most flexibility. I've even used it on my lap while sitting up with the iPad lying on the bed next to me. The iPad screen is so easy to see from any angle, that it doesn't need to be precisely oriented like a typical laptop lid.

    Wireless Keyboard

I love this keyboard. I use it with both my Mac and IPad with retina display. With its built-in bluetooth technology, this keyboard is easy to pair with both of my Apple devices.

    The Space Saver

    • Written by from Anchorage

Compared to my wired Razer Lycosa, the build quality, size, and overall aesthetics of the Apple Wireless Keyboard make it welcome on my desk any time! It paired with my custom built PC without a hitch and runs like a charm. It will take me awhile to get used to the slightly smaller key layout, though; It's approximately 3* smaller than the Lycosa.
Overall, my desk looks cleaner and my fingers are happier! This is definitely a good buy!

    iPower!

One of the most swish keyboards I have ever used. Works very well with the MacBook, and it even worked on my iPod Touch (which came as a nice surprise!) - one keyboard, a truckload of devices. Someone I know has an iPad 2 and has been recommended to buy one of these.

    Battery Consumption Problem Solved

    • Written by

I previously reported very heavy battery consumption. I returned the keyboard and was told that the problem is that some keyboards give an incorrect indication of battery levels. I was given a new keyboard.

What a difference. 24 hrs later and after heavy use and the batteries are still at 100%. I dug all 6 of my old "dead" batteries out of the trash and tested them. They show high levels of charge so indeed, my problem was incorrect indications of battery levels.

I have amended my rating to 5 stars, this keyboard works extremely well.

    Works great with PS3 !!!

    • Written by from seattle

I purchased this today to use with my Playstation 3. I figured it was bluetooth, so why would it not work. Turned on my PS3, took the keyboard out of the box and turned it on, did a search with my PS3 to pair it, it asked me to type in a code and hit enter and within a minute from turning it on, I was typing away using my new keyboard. Easy as that! Can even use the directional buttons as if they were on the controller. Nice sturdy and clean looking design too :o)

I bought this for and addition with the new MacBook Pro 13 inch and it turns out great! Working effectively with my professional mighty mouse. It's really something different than using your iPhone as a keyboard. A must for people that likes to connect their Macs to TV's or projectors or Cinema Displays!

I do lots of typing, and I've found this keyboard to be very easy on my hands. I like the touch of the keys and it's great not having a keyboard take up a lot of space. As a left-hander, having the numbers on the right hand side was something I never used, so I don't miss it.
