    wireless keyboard and Magic Mouse

    • Written by from SYRACUSE

Both Magic Mouse and wireless keyboard are very nice. I don't need too many clustered USB cable wires. I just bought them on sale today of Friday.

    the perfect little keyboard

    • Written by from raleigh

I am a big fan of the apple cinema mode for the laptops. I recently purchased the macbook pro and was looking for a wireless keyboard that would allow me to use it at home with a large LCD. I was looking for a bluetooth keyboard because I hate the extra wireless receivers that need to be plugged in. This is the best option I have found so far.

The keyboard is sleek, compact, and very light weight. It has great battery life (have been still running on the first batteries purchased 3 months ago), good range, and the keys are simply amazing. Unlike most other keyboards, the keys stick out of the pad and so it makes it easy to clean any dirt around them. My best feature is the cool power button on the right side that allows me to power my laptop ON once it is hooked up in cinema mode. I have a bluetooth mouse and this combo works pretty well.

There are a couple of problems though. One is the absence of the number pad but it is not a big deal for me personally. Another issue is more related to the bluetooth itself. I have to keep my laptop bluetooth ON permanently or remember to switch it ON before my last use at work. I end up powering it ON always that affects its battery life somewhat. It would be useful to have some sort of trigger switch that will allow the keyboard to remotely turn on bluetooth in the laptop. Minor detail. Otherwise an excellent product.

    Great product

This keyboard has been great. Good battery life. Has not missed a keystroke! Also I like the compact size, leaves room for my Magic Trackpad and I'm now glad it does not have a numeric pad because it fits in the keyboard tray better than my huge PC keyboard.

I got this a week ago and it's comfortable to use and it's easy to type but the problem is you are not able to use some keys yet this thing is so easy to connect to the iPad good price never lags when you press the keys it's perfect for a portable keyboard or to use it just for the iPad at home

where's the 10th star to rate this keyboard???

    • Written by from Calgary

Oh my I cannot say enough good things about this keyboard I have had this for about 2 months now and the batteries still register at 100% (lithium)

my magic track pad has had the batteries (charged/replaces 3 times already)

only complaint from the old wired one is the keypad with the digital and math signs, it makes calculator a littler tougher to use highly recommends as a replacement for your iMac/Macbook or for your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch this is amazing

    Go Apple Go !!!

    wireless keyboard

    • Written by from Lale County

It came with my iMac , but I bought another keyboard from apple, that Numeric Keypad, because I need it for my games, the wireless one you can use on you iphone if you use meebo, MSN, or just need to write faster and you don´t want to carry a laptop around, 100% sure made out of the best materials works longer than you will own it, now apple here the bad news: I needed the german version of it, why is it so
impossible to sell all keyboards of all countries just thru your online shop? can´t be so
hard, they are made in china anyways :)

so I had to buy it in the german online shop of apple, then let it send to a friend over there, she send it to canada... ( what a mission)

wireless keyboard + mouse is a winner

    • Written by from Los Angeles

Once again Apple sweats the details and makes something special. Paired with the wireless mouse it really makes for a great UI. I had to buy a wireless mouse for work (a PC) today and settled on a Microsoft product. It was 1/2 the price of the Apple product but just pure junk. Too small, horrible plastic case, bad form factor, bizarrely located optic lens (at the base of the unit instead of near the top like the Apple product. It is amazing that they could get something so completely wrong. Since I own Microsoft stock - I almost want to buy the folks over there an Apple mouse and send it to them as a gift with a note...."get a clue"

    Great. Lacking NOTHING

    • Written by from Douglaston

With a small overall size but large and great feeling keys to type on, I have liked nothing better. THERE IS A DELETE KEY. Backspace is the delete button on the top right, and to deletee forward you press Function + Delete, so there is nothing missing. I have been a gamer all my life, and I owned a gaming keyboard. This lacks nothing (besides the macro keys which I never used much anyway) and the keys feel great to play games on. People complain about the arrow keys, I have had no problems with them, and they are easy to hit. All the keys that are on the right side of a full-sized keyboard can be accessed using either the function, control, or option keys, so you really are not missing anything besides wires and unnecessary space. Bluetooth is an awesome feature, no lag.

    Best Keyboard I've EVER Used!

    • Written by from Toronto

The keyboard is no bigger (or smaller) than your hands spread apart. It's aluminum body makes it feel firm because it's so thin! The little rubber pads on the bottom make it stay in place-wherever you are-and the plastic on the back add a nice touch. The keys are the exact same as on the laptops, but don't feel cramped.

The keyboard also connects to your iPhone, iPod touch and iPad, for fast, easy typing on the go.

All in all, the keyboard is a MUST have for Apple users!

    Incredible!

    • Written by from Las Vegas

I'm new to Mac, but I'm not new to writing and to keyboards. I've written and had published seven books. I am not a touch-typist--I rely on two fingers. The Apple Wireless Keyboard that came with my iMac is, without question, the most comfortable and most responsive keyboard I've experienced in more than 35 years of writing. It really is incredible!

Definitely a keeper! Best keyboard I've ever used!

    • Written by

Good job Apple! This is really a spectacular keyboard! I love the design and everything with this keyboard, it's really simple to use, and it's even seemed to increase my typing speed from 90 wpm to 105 wpm! This HAS to be because of how the keys are designed, and how smooth it is overall. One thing I would like to see with it is the backlit keyboard, I don't have to look at the keys to type, but I think it'd be better for the rest of the consumers, and just have the option for it like the Macbook Pro. After 8 days of getting the iMac and not really turning the keyboard off, the batteries that came with it are still at 100%. Apple, you've really done it this time, a complete opposite of the "Hockey Puck" mouse. This keyboard really lives up to a 5 star review, and the great energy saver on the environmental reviews!

    Good job Apple

    • Written by from Evanston

I have dropped it, stepped on it, and generally not tried to take very good care of it. It works today as well as when I purchased it almost 2 years ago at Best Buy (yes, yes, I know). The battery life is exceptional. It's easy to type on. I would like a number pad, but by no means a deal breaker. This quality of product is precisely why I am a brand champion for Apple. BTW yesterday I just ordered an Airport Extreme Base Station as well as the new AA Rechargable battery kit.

I was really skeptical about paying $70 for a keyboard but I am now glad i did. It syncs perfectly with my iPod touch, my PS3, and soon my iPad. Ttyping is a breeze, the keys are very reactive and perfect for typing. It is also light and easy to move!

I just got this keyboard and it works perfectly. I used it with my Macbook pro 13" and my brand new iPad. I like the fact that the keyboard is like the mac book pro one and there is no KEYPAD :D :D :D. Thanks Apple !

    awesome product

    • Written by from Nijkerkerveen

    hello everyone,

I just bought this apple wireless keyboard for my ipod touch and I think it is amazing. After I bought it I could just start typing straight away. You don't have to change any settings or install anything. You only have to go to settings turn on your your bluetooth and after that your ipod finds the keyboard and asks you to type a code. And then you are ready to type anything you want. It is really that easy.I am really very happy with it.

    What I expected

    • Written by from North Port

I bought this keyboard for my iPad, and I wish it might have had more functionality with the interface. It's quick to type on, but not great, ergonomically speaking. The iPad does not recognize some of the command keys, but it does its job well enough. I really appreciate the brightness and audio controls on the top of the keyboard. I'm constantly changing the brightness of my device, so this is a really great feature. Keyboard will not navigate the main screen. Also, you cannot quit apps with the command+q keystroke.
