    LOVE IT!

When I bought it I was skeptical only for the fact that I have big hands and fingers, so therefore touch surfaces can be tricky for me. But this product has worked me wonders, I navigate so much easier now, the mouse works fluidly!

Dear Mac and PC users. Im a fan of apple products, I own an iPhone and A windows 7 computer. I bought a magic mouse, to use with my windows 7 pc and it works exeptionaly well. The glass feal gives it a nice touch and the feal of an origanal mouse. "caution if you are a pc user you will have to install 3rd party drivers to run the touch part of it" Apple Exelent job, and thank you.

    Best Mouse !

Beautiful, functional and smooth. Make my every day laptop experience so much more pleasurable and pleasant.

It is a successful challenge to the traditional pattern of thinking. It even teaches you how to intelligently move your body. And yes, we actually do not need any buttons to feel an illusionary sense of control, just let it go, my friend !

    Great Product

It is easy to connect. It does what i want it to do. But it is pretty expensive. You really don't need this mouse as the trackpad works fine. Unless you really desire a mouse from apple you don't have to get it. The only things a regular mouse cannot do is zoom, swipe, and launch mission control.

    Awesome

I just bought the mighty mouse one week ago, and I have fallen in love with it. Although it did take a day or two to get used to, once you are it is truly amazing. The touch and swipe motions are incredibly sensitive and responsive. And best of all our original wired apple mouse did not work to well on our smooth desk surface, but the mighty mouse moves around it with no problem.
And the set up is just like anything else apple.....simple.
    Well worth the money!!

    Best Mouse I've Ever Owned

    • Written by from GOREVILLE

This mouse replaced my Wireless Mighty Mouse. I enjoyed using the Mighty Mouse but found that the tracking ball would often stick and felt limited by the small amount of space that I could scroll with it. The scrolling on this mouse is perfect. I love being able to touch it anywhere on the surface to scroll and never having to worry again about the scrolling ball getting stuck.

As to the complaints about there not being extra click options, such as middle and side clicks, this can be easily remedied with a program called MagicPrefs. It is a free download that adds on to your System Preferences menu. It allows you to fully customize the Magic Mouse with multiple different clicking options.

As for its other qualities, it feels comfortable in my hands, has a nice amount of sensitivity on the touch service, and is made of a high quality with a nice feeling click. If I felt that this mouse had some detracting characteristics, I would say so, but it really doesn't. I highly recommend it.

Very smooth, has 2 different clicks for us 2 button users. The multi-touch is sooooo cooool!!!!!!! Worth the price, which is a little high, but once you use it, you can't go back.

Apple Magic Mouse is very nice mouse. I bought for my 15" MBP. I used several wireless mice, including Microsoft Arc Mouse and the gaming mouse.

Apple Magic Mouse is a piece of art and will stay with time. From the battery compartment to the chassis all matches with 15" MBP and crafted with care. I use the mouse for ~15 hours per day. Duracell gives me 15 days lifetime service. I can not say its very low battery life.

Weight is heavier primarily due to Duracell batteries. The casing and packaging is excellent.

I expect from Apple to design the battery themselves packaged within the mouse and rechargeable via Mac instead of usual method of using AA batteries.

    Excellent Mouse!

I had some concerns about this mouse before I purchased it. It just didn't look very ergonomic and I thought my hand would cramp up using it. I now have four of these little beauties, one for my iMac at work, one for my Mac Mini at home, and two for my MacBook Pro (one for use at home, and one for use at work). Scrolling is great, and with a little practice, the gestures also work great. It's sleek, slick, and simple. I can use it for hours on end with no issues or hand fatigue. This is a great input device.

    Magic Mouse is indeed

    • Written by from Waverly

I got this for Christmas, so I have only used it for a few days. But I can tell already that I really like it. What I like most: the speed and control of the scroll function. I can scroll through long lists much more quickly than I could with my three-button wheel mouse. Other likes: two-finger page forward/back function. Second button works like I expect it to. Nice weight and feel (I like the low profile; not everyone will). Sleek appearance. Ability to use it in my lap.
What I don't like: the skids are noisy when mousing over a mildly grainy desk surface. I need to keep my mouse area very clean. Even when there is no grit, the mouse is a little noisier than my old three-button MS mouse. What I want: more gestures! Why can't I zoom with two fingers, as I can on my laptop trackpad? Gyros for mid-air position sensing. I highly recommend this mouse.

It may not be the best choice for a work machine (which could depend on a center mouse button) but it is a beautiful and smooth interface to an already elegant machine (my Mac). It's a really cool toy.

    Fantastic Mouse

    • Written by from SANTA ROSA

I was going to sell this mouse as I didn't think it was as good as my Logitech. I read in one of the reviews to download Magic Preferences, which I did. I changed the mouse settings to very fast and now this mouse is lightening fast. It is so easy to scroll. And scrolling from side to side needs to be done in a side to side box, where there is a scroll bar on the bottom. There is nothing wrong with this mouse. You just need to practice with it. If you hold the control key, you can zoom in and out and all around. Just practice with it. I love mine and I'm a keepin it now!

    Magic Mouse

    • Written by from Felts Mills

The Magic Mouse is worth every penny! It is the first mouse I have ever purchased that I have been completely pleased with. It took me a day to get use to but once I did boy did I fall in love with it! It is disappointing going to work and using my mediocre government issue items there or lack there of! Apple has spoiled me!

This is an excellent mouse. I received it as a gift and have been using it for about a month. It took no time at all to get used to, and adding MagicPrefs made it everything I wanted it to be. It is a definite recommendation to all of the mouse users that I know.

    Pleasing

    • Written by from Taylors

I have had other mac mouses, and this one, by far, is the best apple has ever introduced. It is really small, and the claims of this mouse hurting your hand are not true. I use the mouse close to 8 hours a day doing engineering drafting with autocad, and engineering survey work online and I have yet to find that it hurts my hand. It is much better than the trackpad on the macbook pro with all of its features. One thing that needs to be done is to be able to use its features on windows. I have read, and found that apple is going to put out the software updates for bootcamp on windows in order for this to happen very soon. If you are looking for a wireless mouse, this is the one to consider.
