They work perfect on my nano. i read the review of a sock getting ruined in the dryer so when mine get dirty i just soak it in the sink then hang it to dry. They come in alot of cool colors but i usually just use grey or blue. when i charge my nano i put on the sock backwards so it doesnt get scratched on my desk. or when i put it in my pocket so the screen doesnt get ruined. GREAT BUY!

I'll admit that when I first saw the iPod socks I thought that they were pointless and would be a complete waste of money. Although they were, admittedly, cute....Then I got a set of them for Christmas. To counteract the "money wasting" factor I decided that instead of keeping them all for myself I would regift a few. The pointlessness, however, needed no assistance. They were great! The socks were durable and could be used for more than just the iPod and prevented all sorts of scratches and dents. So, in the end the iPod socks were NOT a waste of money and definetely not pointless. And I was VERY pleasantly surprised.

though this product is very useful. it is also pricy.$30 for 6 socks is very expensive. i suggest that they should lower the price to $20 which is very reasonable.

I would want to tell people that think that these socks are nothing but a waste of money that they should reconsider. I have bought these the same time i bought my iPod from the only Apple dedicated reseller in Romania and they are soooo great! I can take my iPod out for a walk and, if i end up in a fast food restaurant and i want to take him out of my pocket, i don't have to worry about dirt and scratches. And if the socks get dirty, i can always put them in the washing machine :) Speaking of which, i shoud really wash my green sock tommorow :D

These are cool because:

Lots of different colors, choose 1 every day!

Protects your device from scratches (iPhones are durable these days, forget about breaking them)

Soft and good-looking

Good for bags, purses, etc.

Great for winter time because you can put 2 and it actually suprisingly keeps your iphone/ipod warm enough to not freeze up like my nano!!

ok.
so these are probably the best cases they have ever invented.
they have been around since probably the first ever iPod.
i have the first generation iPod nano.
and they were great for it
[although you have to wash and shrink them first because they are kinda big]
but they were ahmazing.
despite what everyone says
you can drop it and it gives great protection.

now.
i just bought a iPod touch.
and its great!
i have two cases
the socks
and the leather incase case.
and when i dont want to hook my ipod to my clothes
or if i want to be able to put my ipod in my bag without scratching the screen.
then i take out my socks.
and they are absolutely perfect.

they come in 5 or 6 colors and they are so comfy.
sometimes i wish i could be the iPod =D
you can even use it for things other than your iPod.
when im not using one out of the 5 socks i use them for
my phone
or my other iPod
my camera
and plenty other things

overall its a absolutely wonderful product.
i recomend it to anyone with a
-iPod touch
-iPod classic
-iPhone
[and many other electronic devices]

I bought these for my daughter's Nano last month and since I just got my iPod Touch last week, I'm now using the darker colors for me - gray and blue. Absolutely cool (I should have thought of it!!). For the people who are whining... these are SOCKS folks, just like what you wear.. they get dirty and they wear out (and they're cheap at $5 each). Live with it - HELLO..

Just like when we all paid alot extra for an iPod instead of a regular MP3 player - they're pretty cool and they look good. If you want heavy duty protection - buy a hard case or a leather sleeve.

I have an iPod Touch. I looked everywhere for a case and did not like any of the custom-made cases for it. My friend gave me the socks to use temporarily until I could find something else. Since then, I stopped looking! I love the way the socks fit my iPod and how convenient they are when I want to switch colors. Every iPod owner should own these socks. I absolutely love them!

This product is exactly what it promises

It's a SOCK

And it protects your iPod wonderfully. I've had no scratches And it comes with the apple logo, so you know it's good! :)

Also, for those people who are mad about having to take the iPod out...that's pathetic. I love to take out my iPod and let others see it, plus you can easily find the controls through the sock. It's beautiful and sleek, and perfect for my iPod video. <333

Also, for those people complaining about how you can make your own...stop complaining, and MAKE YOUR OWN. Don't insult others who don't want to.

Having used a plethora of different cases for the four ipods I have had, I can confidently say that these socks are the best. They're just so simple. You slide it in and you're done. No bulk, no flip up pieces, no plastic screen cover to trap dirt and scratch said screen to the point of unreadability, just a sock. My present ipod is a year old ipod video and looks like I just unwrapped it.

Admittedly, they are a bit expensive. It would have been nice if Apple had offered them in a smaller pack (two maybe?), but if have the money or can find somebody to split a pack with (girlfriends are great for this, they find them adorable) you will not be dissapointed

I think some people miss the point of this "case". The sock is more to protect your ipod while in a pocket, purse, bag, etc. Not while using it. I have a silicone sleeve on my mine for protection while exercising, etc in case I drop it. The ipod (in sleeve) goes in the sock for when I throw it into my purse or travel bag. I have ZERO scratches or damage to my mini and it is a little over 3 years old. Obviously you can't see the screen when you have the ipod in the sock...but then can you see your toes when your foot is in a sock? I love the socks, my daughter and son-in-law love them as well for their nano and shuffle. The extra socks are great to hold a second set of earphones, a cell phone, etc. You have to think about what function you want out of a case/sleeve, etc before you buy them. I rated them high as I would buy them again...if you didnt' get 6 in pack!

The ipod socks are amazing. they are so... helpful. they are also versital you can yse them for your phone, camera, ipod, and mp3's. i love them. i recomend you get them for a teenager because i dropped mine with the sock on and nothing happened to it. and i know how i am and i am not gental with anything that is one reason to get it for a teenager. they are also very cute and come in great colors. so you can change colors to match your outfit. ( for girls obviously) GET THEM IF YOU HAVE A GIRL TEENAGER THAT ALWAYS SAYS SHE NEEDS SOMETHING TO MAKE HER IPOD POP AND EVERYONE ELSES ARE PLAIN.

I got these for my iPod Classic the day after I got it and they're great. It's pretty easy to get the iPod in and out, and it keeps the iPod safe from all the elements in your pocket, such as your cell phone, keys, and other such things. It can also be used to polish the iPod/wipe dust off your iMac screen (try it!). In my experiences using this with the iPod Classic, the sock keeps the iPod firmly inside, so it won't slide out, but it isn't impossible to get out of the sock either. I'd highly recommend this to anyone using a Classic (I can't say anything about other iPod models though, but judging by the size of the sock, I don't think it'd do well with the 1 and 2g nano), it's kept mine safe and scratchless. The best part is, it doesn't add any extra bulk to the iPod. It feels no different in your pocket, which is great, since most cases are huge.

These are great!! I recieved the socks for christmas last year and I just loved the colors they came in. Great for just slipping the iPod in your pocket so it doesnt get all scratched up. Not fun if you drop it though cause it wont help too much. An overall great product. Worth the money!

These socks are not only useful for ipods... u can also use them 4 makeup, your cellphone, your camara, and for gifts... they r sooo cute and the colors are gr8.....I have an ipod nano and it looks so cozy and comfy inside its sock i luv them....besides, the price is soooo worth it....my ipod doesn't have any scratches and i've had it for a month or so...EVERYBODY BUY APPLE IPOD SOCKS!!! U WILL LOVE THEM!

these where better than I thought. They fit my Ipod just right. Not to mention all of the different colors their are. Who ever wrote a bad review about this is crazy!!! : ) And who ever isn't buying this is really missing out!!! So if I were you (which I'm not) I would totally buy this!!!!! : )
