i got this to make my ipod look cool and keep it safe but it only did one of the two. i don't think i would buy this again

I love these socks. They protect plenty; you just don't have to be an idiot and hold the sock upside down or - surprise, it will fall out.
I found they are also great for storage in my jewelry box to separate necklaces and bracelets and keep them scratch-free! I wish they would make them in another color combo like a "heather" sock color combo like I can find at Lands End and L.L. Bean. It would then make the socks "seasonal" too.

For those of you that complain these don't protect... Duh that's not there main purpose, it is to keep dust and dirt off of the ipod and make it easily accesible, if you have a speaker system alot of cases have to be taken off to use it, this makes it more convenient to access your ipod, and they look cool too.

I recently got the Ipod socks to go with my adorable Ipod nano (which I love). They're so cute! I usually use them around the house, but when I'm going somewhere I use my case. To you people who think it's difficult to take it out and change songs, you can use the option "Shuffle songs" and the only thing you have to take it out for, would be changing the volume. They're soft and gentle on your Ipod which is great! They come in a bunch of cute colours; my favorite would be the pink. There's a lot to choose from, so I would recomend sharing the socks with someone. The socks are a great buy, and I would recomend them for people with Ipods. :)

I got my 80GB iPod Classic yesterday. By the way, it is one of the best things I've owned ever. There is some speculation on the socks for the iPod. Some say that it falls out of the sock while others say it's hard to get the iPod out of the sock. My solution would be to get a plastic or silicone case and the sock. Then you can't go wrong. Because I think that the socks are adorable too.The case and the socks together add up to $45.00 to $60.00. If your willing to spend that much then your iPod should definitely be both stylish and protected from scratches and blemishes. I hope that this review gave you some kind of idea. Besides you have to protect your iPod buddy:)

I absolutely love my iPod socks. I have had four iPods over the past three years, and i still use the same sock! They are so cute and i love them to death... I recommend these socks because they last for a long time and fit most iPod models. Mine has been very durable and although a little dirty, its very functional. They were one of the best gifts that I've ever received.

i just got them for christmas yesterday and they do the job like socks!

FS...get a life, cus...yea, they're socks and like you say, they don't give your protection cus THEY'RE SOCKS!!!
god, sometimes i worry about the ppl that post on how bad some or watever something is! and FS, of course you need to take them out to dock or change playlists, they already say that in the overview!!! like most ppl, READ THE DAM OVERWIEW AND OTHER STUFF! (no hard feelings, but i need to stick with the ppl on this one...)

yea most of my review is concerning FS, but this a great product for SHOW and somehow protection! it cheers me up everyday (for now). creative colors makes JK haaaappppppyyyyy... *^^*

also work as lovely cases for cellular phones. a friend uses them to protect her slvr cell phone, as well as ipod, and they work great. never had a problem with phone or ipod slipping out, personally.

These little socks keep my iPod warm during the cold winter months…plus it is a nice way of hiding me iPod from the curious thieves out there…if my iPod gets a scratch that is Okay because it gives me an excuse to buy the next generation of the cool iPod…

ok so i bought this for my friend 4 xmas and then when i saw her put them on i saw how adorable it was so i bought one 4 my own and guess what it is sooooo cool i have the first generation of the ipod nano and this fits perfectly it is soooo cool i can match them up with my outfits or whatever this is theeee bomb i highly recomend this product!!!!!!! :D

I bought these for my daughter's Nano last month and since I just got my iPod Touch last week, I'm now using the darker colors for me - gray and blue. Absolutely cool (I should have thought of it!!). For the people who are whining... these are SOCKS folks, just like what you wear.. they get dirty and they wear out (and they're cheap at $5 each). Live with it - HELLO..

Just like when we all paid alot extra for an iPod instead of a regular MP3 player - they're pretty cool and they look good. If you want heavy duty protection - buy a hard case or a leather sleeve.

ok.
so these are probably the best cases they have ever invented.
they have been around since probably the first ever iPod.
i have the first generation iPod nano.
and they were great for it
[although you have to wash and shrink them first because they are kinda big]
but they were ahmazing.
despite what everyone says
you can drop it and it gives great protection.

now.
i just bought a iPod touch.
and its great!
i have two cases
the socks
and the leather incase case.
and when i dont want to hook my ipod to my clothes
or if i want to be able to put my ipod in my bag without scratching the screen.
then i take out my socks.
and they are absolutely perfect.

they come in 5 or 6 colors and they are so comfy.
sometimes i wish i could be the iPod =D
you can even use it for things other than your iPod.
when im not using one out of the 5 socks i use them for
my phone
or my other iPod
my camera
and plenty other things

overall its a absolutely wonderful product.
i recomend it to anyone with a
-iPod touch
-iPod classic
-iPhone
[and many other electronic devices]

This was my first purchase online, as well as through Apple Canada, fast shipping (only 3 days) and the product is great. Great quality, very stylish and really makes the difference when you dont want to get your iPod scratched or dirty. Awsome product once again, I reccomend the package to any iPod user.

I got this iPod sock set for Christmas and it is a great product! It's cute, matches your outfits, keeps your iPod warm and cozy, and protects your iPod pretty well. If I were you I wouldn't even think about this, I would just buy it. This is one of the best apple products!

There can be 2 different views to these....they are stylish and nice, but they don't work the best for the 3rd generation nanos (or any other ones).The only ipods they really work for are the 1st & 2nd generations of the nano and the 1st generaation of shuffle.They are also useful for carrying other things like cellphones,or other little items.I like them because they are use able for other things which it would be more useful for.
