I just got this case today to protect my iPod Touch 2G and it looks cool, feels great and keeps the iPod warm. This is the best case you could ever get you should buy it. And you have 6 colors to choose from and it fits all iPod models so don't worry on getting a new cover for every iPod model you get because this one fits all of them!!! APPLE, THIS IS THE BEST CASE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! =)

i was bout to go over to my buddys house with my new ipod classic and i didnt have a case. so i ran into walmart and look at the price and saw that they were $30:00. i was like OMG so i bought them. and when i got in the car and told my mom and she was like OMG!she was really mad,,,,but the do look cool and do protect ur ipod, but i dont recomend these to the nano people cause it slips ont VERY! easy.



ps. i would give it a 4.5 but i cant

i have had these for at least 2 years and I think they are great. They give protection to your ipod, they arent that slippery, and they are colorful. I had an ipod nano when I got these, and i recently got an ipod touch. It still fits perfectly! It fits any kind of ipod, from the first nano, to the iphone. Great product!!

These may look cute, but they're quite expensive - just for a tiny little sock - and they don't seem to have much grip on the iPod, which might let it slide out... I think many people already know this.

The price for these is actually rather good--it's only $5 per sock, and if you don't want all six, I'm sure you could find somebody to split the socks/cost with.

Honestly, they don't fall out at all (unless of course you plan on carrying it around upside down for some reason).
And you don't have to slide it of the sock out to change/pause songs either, you can just click the buttons through the sock.

These are a great idea, and they add a nice splash of colour to your iPod. :o)

I love them, they are so colorful and nice! But the problem is that they are too expensive! But it's ok I like them!

Pros and Cons

The socks are cute, but they have their ups and their downs.
Pros:
-cute
-match ALMOST every outfit
-offer protection (not much, but enough for me)
-great for winter when your iPod gets cold then gets your hand cold. Not anymore!
-hide your iPod when you don't want it to be seen

Cons:
-expensive
-don't offer hardcore protection
-get messed up when they've been washed and dried
-not very practical

Although I like these, they are a waste of money; especially with the economy like it is right now.

OMG i loooove this case! Not only does it fit perfectly on my ipod touch, it doesn't scratch the screen, which is a plus for all of us ipod touch owners. I would give this a million stars but that isn't an opition!!!

For more than a year now I was looking for a cover like the one that Apple originally shipped with the iPod Classic. It is the most convenient because it is slim enough to place it in the pocket with the iPod. I could not find one (and my original one became dirty after a few years of use) so I went into searching the alternative. I bought the socks as an "out of choice" attempt. ... and they turned out to be outstanding, very convenient to use and practical. I would have bought two more sets, but the price is a bit high. CAUTION: be careful of the Samsonite imitation, their size is smaller, so if you want them for the Classic, they wont fit, and its functionality is also reduced (no holding corner).

Having used a plethora of different cases for the four ipods I have had, I can confidently say that these socks are the best. They're just so simple. You slide it in and you're done. No bulk, no flip up pieces, no plastic screen cover to trap dirt and scratch said screen to the point of unreadability, just a sock. My present ipod is a year old ipod video and looks like I just unwrapped it.

Admittedly, they are a bit expensive. It would have been nice if Apple had offered them in a smaller pack (two maybe?), but if have the money or can find somebody to split a pack with (girlfriends are great for this, they find them adorable) you will not be dissapointed

This product is great. Breaks my iPod's fall, but very pricy. I guess it is worth it. It has saved my iPod. I recommend this one, even if it is pricy.

This is the case I chose for my first iPOD (touch+custom engraving) and haven't regretted it since. It protects the iPod from scratches, looks sweet, YOU CAN SILL VIEW YOUR CUSTOM ENGRAVING WITHOUT TAKING OFF A BULKY CASE :), and you can easily take the ipod our to change songs. And it's machine washable.

On the downside, it doesn't protect from impacts, so don't step on it. Also, it's expensive, but I split the socks/cost with a friend, so it's all good.

Common myths: Ipod slips out a lot.
Truth: Don't hold the thing upside down then. It grips my touch firmly and securely.

Don't offer any protection.
Truth: If you drop any ipod, no matter the case, things could get messy. These socks protect the ipod from all scratches, but will not stand up to being stepped on.

Please note that I am not an apple fanboy, but a serious reviewer. I just don't like seeing all the hate on these socks because some idiot dropped his ipod and smashed it.

OK, this is horrible, i got this and it has no protection, it keeps falling out, and also to save thirty bux, just put this in a regular colorful sock, ITS MACHINE WASHABLE!!!!!

I love these! Before I started using iPod Socks I would either use bulky cases (which were a hassle and often scratched my iPod) or just throw it in my pocket (which would also scratch my iPod). But with these I just put my iPod in it, and then put it in my pocket. this protects it from scratches all the time and looks great. It's very easy to slip on and off for when you want to change songs et cetera. The only downside is that you have to purchase the whole box of them for 30 dollars... But who is going to have 6 iPods?

Overall it's a great product!
