I have an iPod Touch. I looked everywhere for a case and did not like any of the custom-made cases for it. My friend gave me the socks to use temporarily until I could find something else. Since then, I stopped looking! I love the way the socks fit my iPod and how convenient they are when I want to switch colors. Every iPod owner should own these socks. I absolutely love them!

I love these socks!!!!!! I have other cases, but these aren't too bulky, you can change the color to fit your mood, and they only average to a price of 5-6 dollars a piece. Now I know that you can probably make these for less (but the reason why you are getting an ipod is for the name), or get a knock off for less... and if you want to go ahead. They prevent scratches on my ipod, and to add insurance to not getting any scratches I put a screen overlay and clean the ipod also. They don't protect from dropping, but there are cases that do that (i used to have one until my dog ate it)...they cost about 35-40 dollars a piece.
overall. my main complaint is that they need more colors, or to be able to buy them one at a time would be great too. I also use them for my cell phone, and small electronics too.79 of 131 people found this useful

it's a very good product but i thin apple needs to lower the prices of there products i mean $30 bucks is ridicoulous it a little to expensive they have more then enough money to keep them in buisness think about how many ipods products ect. they sell a year. weoll this product is great for jogging expcially in the winter or fall and the colors are vibrant and very modern.

These iPod socks are great! They look as if they only fit the 1st and 2nd generation of the nano, but they fit my Touch PERFECTLY!! They look as if they were made for the touch, and probably any other kind of iPod you stick in to them. I think they are totally worth the price of around $30. It keeps my iPod touch from scratching which is important because the screen is basically the entire thing. They are cute, colorful, and protect your iPod more than they look they do. I recommend buying them; they are great for all iPod users!

I got these as a gift last year. This was before I had gotten an ipod though. So I used these for my phones and its great. Now that I have an ipod I use them all the time. I would highley recommend them for any small electronic. Alos keeps product warm in cold wheather.

I purchased socks back in 2005 and absolutely love them for my application. I should hesitate recommending them as a stand-alone case. However, if you carry a purse, messenger bag and/or briefcase and don't need a hard shell, these are perfect. Perfect and machine washable when they get dirty.

I enjoy taking a walk in the evening, while the music makes snowflakes dancing all around me... But I've been afraid to see my iPod wrapped by this light condensation strips when I get back home. This iPod Socks now really help against cold temperature. Great product, nice design.

These iPod socks are good if you have an iPod and you dont want it to be covered all the time. This could be because you have a cool engraving. It's also good because it matches all my outfits! so im always color coordinated! Anyway bottom line, these iPod socks rock my socks! lol. U should get them!

This is a great product if you like to listen to group of songs for awhile becasue it gets annyoing taking the ipod out and putting it back in. Its also great that they come in colora but if you change the song on your ipod alot you would have to keep taking it in and out then this is not the product for you.

These SOCKS are awesome they protect your ipod completely WELL!!!! But if your stupid enough to hold the sock upside down, well your going to end up with a skratched up ipod or even worse with your ipod being broken!!! SO BE CAREFUL!!...

My friend bought these socks to protect his ipod. A week later it was destroyed. These socks are terrible. They cost 25 bucks and why not just buy a case for ten bucks more.

This is about the best ipod case ever. the only flaws are 1.the price and 2.the sock rubs against the clickwheel (which changed my song.)Buy these for anyone... if you can get past the price. (which I did) SOCK TIP!!!!!!!! If ur traveling...use 2 socks! put 1 sock over the open end of the other sock. your ipod wont fall out now!

I agree that these socks are not very protective, but I have a special use for mine.
I own the iPod touch 16. I have an Agent 18 Eco-case which I love. It's very protective and comes with a dock adapter, my personal favorite feature.
The reason why it needs this adapter is because the case is very bulky, while the touch is very thin.
So, when I'm at home, I keep it out of the case and in my hand. After the first few days, the iPod started getting smudged and scratched on the back from me holding. Also, the screen was getting smudged.
My solution:
iPod Socks. When at home, I put the iPod in my orange sock. Whenever I slide the iPod in and out, it cleans the screen. When I'm holding the iPod, I keep the sock in between my hand and the back to keep from smudging the back. And when I have the iPod on the counter top, it's protected from all the dirt on the counter.
I would not dare leave my home with the iPod in a sock, that's when I snap on the eco-case. But for home use, it has been the best case purchase I have made since the Tough-Skin I bought for my mini way back when, and the reason I loved that one so much is because the mini once fell off my balcony and survived thanks to 1.5 cm of solid rubber.36 of 45 people found this useful

these are incredible. it's amazing how these tiny socks on your ipod makes you feel so protected. they look cute, too. but don't buy the walmart kind. the apple socks are the original & the best!

I hope this helps in your decision to buy this product:
Pros: There are a number of different, colorful socks to slip over your ipod, depending on what you may be wearing that day. If you are in a hurry to get somewhere, and you have a tendency to be slightly clumsy with your Ipod (like me) you just slip on the sock and sprint out the door. I find the vibrant colors with their accents at the top of the sock modern, youthful, and very stylish. Did i mention they stretch to fit the nanos (except for the brand-new ones that just came out this year) the classic ipods, AND the iphone and ipod touch. Bliss, right?
Cons: Well, Despite everything previously mentioned, There are a few cons to these socks. I guess it always bothered me slightly that everytime you want to change the song, you have to keep removing the sock and then putting it back on. However, I used to have a classic Ipod and I eventually got used to the general location of where the click wheel should be, so I learned to change the volume, re-wind, fast-forward, and pause the Ipod without the need to constantly remove the sock. But just so recently, I received the Ipod touch as a gift, and there is no click wheel. And perhaps that may seem frustrating to some. So i only recommend this product if you have the classic ipods, or the not-so-new nanos/mini's. If you, like me, just got the Ipod touch/Iphone for your birthday, for the holidays, or just for the heck of it, I'd get that other protective case that still shows the screen, but hugs the ipod and keeps it sleek and slim without all the unwanted-bulk.28 of 35 people found this useful
