    Fun, needs a video feed

This is a very fun drone, I think the addition of a video feed like it's big brother would greatly out-way the mandatory increase in cost it would bring. I would pay the extra cash to be able to see what I am doing around corners and such. :)

    Great drone, Poor battery management

This is a very cool quadcopter, with better stability and features than others in its size and price range. The easy link to iPhones is also great. But beware of the batteries! When your battery gets low (around 10%) the system declares a battery emergency and initiates a landing. The problem appears to be that if you repeatedly (half a dozen times) charge your battery and run it till the system lands, that you discharge the battery past the point where it will safely charge. The result is that the battery goes down to almost no capacity, and when you try and use it, it goes down 1 or 2% in a few seconds, making the battery take on even less charge. It seems that if you shutdown when the battery is above 20%, that the battery lasts longer (as in many more useful cycles). I have not flown enough times to thoroughly verify this, since we are talking about a 5 minute flight and a 40 minute recharge and so I only fly once or twice a day -- but it is better than the alternative: a 7 minute flight, a 5 minute recharge followed by a 20 second flight and a useless battery.

Parrot needs to update the firmware to do better battery management.

    Very cool minidrone

This was a good purchase overall, my son and I have a great time flying the drone. The degree of control of the drone is good. you can maneuver through some tight spots with good accuracy. But some issues with the drone is forcing me to only give this product a 3 star...
    1. battery life. The flying time is about 8 min... a bit less if you have the protective wheels on due to increase in weight.
    2. battery charge time is about 1 hour.
