Fantastic product with fantastic customer service.

I am a huge music junkie, listening on average anywhere from 4-6 hours of music a day. Between the gym, homework, and just relaxing, I have a wide spectrum of taste, that the headphones impressively match with quality of sound. I literally wore my first pair out, and Beats gladly replaced it with a brand new pair. Very satisfied customer. Recommend 10/10

As a previous owner of Beats Wireless, Beats Studio, B&W P3, Bose and many more, I have a bit of experience with headphones, I used to carry my Beats wireless to the Gym and Cycling, the wireless feature was the main reason to use them (felt bulky and sound quality was 70/100 but did the job). So I ordered this new headset, and I can tell you, It is a MIND-BLOWING difference!, Lighter, Sleeker, Sexyer, Battery life... the new LED fading indicators, and last but not least, The Sound Quality blew my mind. The Sound Stage, Dynamics, Crystal Clear highs (Used to be beats wireless weak spot) , balanced Mids and sweet and punchy lows.
Would but them again an recommend them any day!

    Great Headphones IMO

I don't write many reviews for products but I felt like taking the time to talk about my experience with these headphones. These are my first pair of over the ear headphones and my first pair of beats. I have the matte black version and I really like the way these headphones look. As far as sound is concerned, these are really a step above all the other beats I have listened to and the wireless bluetooth is icing on the cake. I love these for use in the gym and not having a pesky wire is really underrated. These have just enough bass but also incorporate highs and mids well. I would definitely recommend these, although the price is a little much.. but if you have the money to burn I think you will be happy with these headphones. Enjoy

I went into the Apple store and to my surprise they had the new studio wireless in stock. Came out with the Matte black ones and I love the look of these. Sound is great.... No more wires!! Quality is amazing and I love how you can plug them into your computer and update the firmware!! Really great technology here! Great for the gym with no wires to hold you back!

    LOVE them

However, I have had to exchange a couple of times. I got the Matte black for Christmas. The first pair sounded great, but the main large button didn't feel like it was completely settled- it kind of double clicked so it wasn't super responsive. I exchanged them easily from the Apple store (as usual, they are fantastic about exchanges.

I am on my second pair. The button is perfect, but out of nowhere there is a constant crackling sound on them. There is no way I blew the speakers, I don't listen that loud. I want to go to the store to exchange, but they aren't available now. :(

I don't mind, as I know this is a new product, and is likely to have glitches. I'm just waiting for my perfect pair! Last, my boyfriend has his own pair. He is having trouble with them out of nowhere turning the volume WAY up without him touching anything. He will be exchanging as well.

The best headphones I've listened to. That includes B&W and Klipsch

    • Written by from BROOKLYN

These headphones are fantastic. They have a much more balance sound over the previous generation Studio model, but still pack a punch in the right places.

The 30 foot bluetooth range is great, as I never experienced a dropped connection or static as I moved 15-25 feet away from my iPhone 5s.

I love the black matte finish. It's stylish and fashionable at the same time, yet subtle enough to wear in a corporate environment, if desired. They have a slimmer profile, are lighter and sleeker than the previous generation; thus, you won't feel uncomfortable wearing these as your main everyday headphones.

These have replaced my B&W and Klipsch headphones. I'm a fan! Great purchase.

I'm not a fan boy, I tried (& quickly returned) the original Beats Studio & Beats Executive as they were both garbage from an audio perspective.

Sorry so called audiophiles - I tried B&W P7 & Sennheiser Momentum Over Ears but for my predominantly Hip Hop, R&B & Reggae library the Beats are clearly the superior audio option.

They're far from neutral sounding, the bass is heavy but it's controlled & doesn't distort at high volume. The highs are bright while the mid range is surprisingly clear.
Add to that the wireless function & the 12 - 20 hour rechargeable battery & it was an easy win.

Picked mine up in store in the UK although strangely they're still not on the Apple UK online store?
