Charger Jack Breaks and Not Totally Sweat Resistant

    • Written by from Toyota

At the start I loved these earphones, but after a while they stopped recharging. The charger jack inside the earphones breaks easily. I had to return the earphones and got a new pair on the mail. When I started using the new pair, I went for a run and sweat got inside the remote control. Somehow, without me realising the earphones activated Siri and made 9 phone calls to a friend of mine. I had to do a bit of explaining. So, yeah. I would never recommend anyone to get a pair of these. I would return mine if I could.

    Sound cuts out

    • Written by from Simi Valley

If you hold the phone in a certain way the sound will cut out. At the gym the sound cuts out while the phone is in my pocket. Returned the first pair because of this and now i will be returning the second.

1st impression WOW, 2nd impression EPIC FAIL

I thought these earbuds would be perfect for the gym. I experimenting with various size configurations to find the perfect fit. The largest tip stays in but is not comfortable and all 3 sized cushions caused even more pain. I preferred them without the cushions but being a heavy sweater they wouldn't stay in my ear without them. This is a major deal breaker for me. The final straw was that they would time out. It didn't matter if I was listening to music on my iphone or streaming from Pandora with 5 bars or over wifi. every other song for some reason or another would drop for just a second for no reason. If you don't mind the sound going out and you don't have sensitive ears these are perfect for you. If comfort and consistency are as important as sound quality look elsewhere.

    not suitable for gym workouts

    • Written by from cheshire

I bought these earphones with the sole intention of using them for the gym... they failed. 3 reason: 1, I found it hard to make them stay in even though I tried every combination even worse when you sweat, 2, in order to hear the base you need to push them right into your ear. 3 The cost against quality of sound and usability is poor at £150. I had previously used the Jabre sport which are better but the volume is not very loud but retail for about £65. I have now just exchanged jaybird for the Dre Powerbeats2 wireless, these are awesome they stay in, good base and volume however they are on the pricy side at £169 but worth it if you are after quality
