    Stop working just 1 month after I bought it

    I wanted to buy some "quality" bluetooth headphones for my daily run ... such disappointed, I used them for 1 month and they just stopped working ... so my recommendation ... don't buy them .... ERROR ERROR I decided to keep running with something cheaper ... at least if they ruined I won't regret about the price I paid !

    I bought these earplugs for $170 and used them without any problem for one week. The left earplug would quit after about 30 minutes while running which was aggravating. After one month the earphones would go directly to green when plugged in to charge and never accept a charge. Of course I did not bring the receipt with me while traveling in the Mid East so in the trash they will go! What a shame as they seemed like a good idea and looked like they were quality, but alas; they are just junk. Save your money and get a proven product. I gave it one star as zero stars is not an option

    Worse fitting design ever

    I bought these to replace a set of motorola blutooth headphones that I used for working out and running. They were great. Lasted a long time. These however don't fit in my ears. They come with different fittings. Tried them all wearing them the different styles. They keep slipping out of my ears while working out. Biggest waist of $170 ever spent. If planning on wearing these and working out. Don't waist your money.

    Don't buy if you sweat

    Sound quality - great
    Build - great
    controls - adequate
    fit- pathetic - worst ever easily. The hydrophobic nature of the earbuds pushes them out of your ears. Running along while it's cold until you sweat no problem - sweating they won't stay in place for 10 strides.
    Value - poor

    Save Your Money

    When I placed my order with JayBird, I had to wait few weeks for my headset because there ere some issues with moisture in the ear buds due sweating. I was told that the new ones will have nano treatment. I only use the headset for phone calls listening to news and Music. It worked fine for couple of months, and now less than 30 seconds after I connect it to my Galaxy Note 3 it disconnect automatically. then I have to press the middle button to turn off the headset then turn it back on again, sort of reset, the same thing happens again and after three or four sometimes endless reconnects, it stays connected for say 20 minutes, and all of a sudden it announces that it is redialing, which sometimes caused me a lot of embarrassment. I e-mailed Jay Bird with my problem, No reply.
    The one star is for the case only, stay away save your money.

    Jaybird bluebuds X premium bluetooth headphones are a dud

    I can't speak highly of these wireless earbuds. I found it very difficult to get the earbuds to fit properly in my ear. The earbud unit is large and sticks out awkwardly. Worse yet, the battery lasted barely 2 hrs each time I used it. Bought them to ski with and hear tunes. Got a dud. I don't recommend them. Will wait next time until Bose comes out with wireless earbuds.

    NOT WORTH IT. THEY DON'T LAST...

    I bought those headphones about 4 months ago and used them with great pleasure for about 3 months, when all of a sudden the battery lasted for only for 25 minutes (with full charge) then 15 minutes....then 5 minutes....now they will not even turn on. Totally disappointed by this investment. Not fair...sorry! But while I used them they were awesome - delivering the best music experience cordless...perhaps an update is needed

    Sound OK but too many problems

    It takes like forever to make it fit and then it keeps disconnecting. Don't even think about calling them for help. This is the worst product I have ever bought. There are many alternatives with half the price. Definitely not worth.

    Do these ever fit?

    For those willing to kill over two hours figuring out how to get a pair of headphones to fit correctly, this is definitely the product for you. I'm sure the sound is fantastic once you manage to figure out which one of the 72 (yes, 72: 3 ear pieces, three ear tab things and you have to do it for each ear) combinations of things in the box make them stay in your ear. Melissa in their instructional videos is pretty attractive, but I have no idea what she means when she says the band is 'adjustable' when you're trying to do the over-ear setup before you lock it down. It is impossible to move it without the 'adjustable' clips falling off.

    Unfortunately, I don't have two hours to spend figuring out how to fit headphones, so I'll probably be returning these in favor of Yurbuds behind-the-ear bluetooth headphones.

    Dies suddenly.

    The first set died in four weeks and the second set in three months. I have the third pairs now and waiting for when will happen again. I think they are not completely sweat proof. Because they both died during running.
    Replacement is a big issue, if you live a country where there is no jaybird support and apple store.
    I replaced my third pair in Hong Kong apple store where i bought it. They first refused to replace it, then changed their mind.

    Very Disappointed

    Bought these for my wife and I for outdoor activities. My set worked for 2 uses and then they started cutting out whenever the earbud was moved slightly and the control buttons malfunctioned causing all 3 buttons to only function as on/off buttons. My wife's battery only lasted about 3 hours from day one and this has not improved with recharging. Not quite the claimed 8 hours of run time. The buds wiil also not stay in place. Standard iPhone buds stay in place much better.

    So So Quality, Bad Customer Service

    the earbuds are okay. sound is good, but impossible to get them to fit properly, or stay in, because of shape of buds and rubber ear insert. what's more, when my charging cord went bad in the first two months, they would not replace it. simply refused and told me any android charging cord would work. this was my second problem purchase from this company. they have flashy advertising, but that's basically all you're paying for. you can get a much higher quality set of earphones for the price they are charging. plus, do you want to pay for non-existent customer service?

    Good while they lasted

    Good while they lasted. Unfortunately today, like so many others have reported with these headphones, they simply died. They no longer turn on or charge. It's been less than a year since I bought them, so I assume the Apple Store will cover the warranty replacement. Let's see how log the second pair lasts. Wish me luck (Ill report back here in another year, when those ones fail...).

    Major disappointment

    This is the first pair of earbuds I've bought specifically for my IPOD. I got them at an Apple store because I figured they would vet the stuff they sell. I wanted better sound and portability. The portability part was good, but the sound quality was significantly worse than the earbuds that came with the IPOD. The fit of these earbuds was exceptionally poor. Only one of the 3 sets of buds worked. I had to shove the one set that worked so far into my ear that it was very uncomfortable. Furthermore, if the bud moved even a little bit (up, down, in, out, etc), the sound quality would noticably get worse. The sound in the upper registers was pretty good. The sound in the lower registers was terrible. Maybe I wasn't getting the bass because of a poor fit, I don't know. In any case, the bass was lousy, particularly for the price. I'm returning them tomorrow.

    Painful Earbuds

    These headphones were introduced to me by my wife. She uses them for work and initially she really loved them. She encouraged me to get some so I did. I returned them in ten days because they hurt. In order to block out all the background noice, I had to literally shove them deep down into my ear canal. By the end of the day I was in pain. Besides that, everyone on the receiving end of my calls mentioned that they could hear even the cars driving by my house loudly. Just honest food for thought. I did not like them.

    3 pairs in 6 months

    I was given a pair of these earbuds as a gift in February. Once properly fitted and paired they work great. Unfortunately, I've had 3 pairs quit on me. I wear them running and they get very wet from sweat, I'm assuming this is the problem. All 3 pairs quit mid workout and would not power back on (after a full charge). I really like them, when they work, but unfortunately I've had it with them. Time to move on.

    Huge Let Down....

    I really wanted to like these headphones (I wanted wireless headphones for working out & walking around) but I had too many problems to justify keeping them. JayBird provides 3 different size ear tips & I tried them all. The large ones seemed to provide the best seal inside my ears but I could feel them slipping out with any type of significant movement. Once the earbuds begin to slip outside of your ear, you begin to lose the bass. I was somewhat willing to overlook this & push them back inside my ears every few minutes but then the battery life was no where near the advertised specs. After around 40 minutes of continuous use with Rdio's music app, I'd hear the battery low warning message which means that you only have 15 - 20 minutes left. I recharged the batteries & got the same results. Unacceptable! Sadly, I returned the BlueBuds to the store for a refund.

    Painful fit, low volume, heavy on ears, cord too long, cord pulls at neck, no way to know when they will all of a sudden run out of power, way too big - stick out of ears quite far, case is useless, power cover is plastic and cheap and will break quickly.

    A BIG LIE! AWFUL PRODUCT!

    Ok.. I'm very mad about this.. I bought them like 2 months ago, I used It for 1 week and They stop charging, I went to an apple Store and They changed them and gave me a new ones... (for the record, this headphones here in Mexico are like $140.00 dollars). I used the new one like for another 2 weeks and a half and today they stop charging.. They are selling the nice box and the idea of the bluetooth but really is a very poor quality.

    And just another thing that really impressed me: In the web page you can see people sweating and making exercise with them, and the funny thing is that when you open the box of the headphone the first thing you can read is: DON'T SWEAT IT YOU'RE GUARANTEED.

    So really for me is a big joke this headphone.. shame.
