    Disapointed by the quality

    My wife just bought me these after I begged on my knees to have them.

    I received them (by the way shipping and packing are perfect) and opened the box and tried them on right away : They are defective; the right earbud is crackling and the sound is dampened.

    I will just return them... But I'm disapointed, B&O used to be way more reliable... Maybe I should have trusted the people complaining about it this time.

    Also, just got the Apple returns service on the phone, perfect service here too. They refund me and send me a label through email to send back the product.

    Disappointing Product Quality

    I have returned the headphone for repair third time within 1.5 year. The first repair was done even within one month after purchase. The wire connection to the plug somehow broken inside leading to partial or complete sound lost in either side of the earphone. I never pull the wire as a mean to disconnect it from my mobile and I keep it in the leather case provided after each use. So, I wondering if there are manufacturing defect in the plug. When I bring this out to their customer service, they simply refer the cause to customer’s accidental mishandling. I do appreciate their 3-year warranty and I'm wondering how frequent will be required to bring back for repair in the remaining 1.5 year. Finally, I bought another Bose headphone to share its workload and figure out if that's really due to any mis-use of it. Suppose both pairs should be subjected to repair if it is due to any mishandling!
