I had boughten two of these one for me and the wife we loved the except the plastic clear backing gets very nasty very easily. The quality of it felt very cheap not the case just the clear back protector could have been a bit more to it all in all a good case. If they can improve this clear backing I would give 5 stars.

My case does not have the dot pattern on the back, it is clear and it has scratched up quite a bit, it even scratched when I initially put it on the phone. However, I'd rather the inexpensive plastic piece on the back scratch, instead of the phone.

I love their cases. I won a couple directly from Tech21 for my iPhone 4 and so when I got my iPhone 5 and the case was available, I picked it up from their website and have not used another case since (other than my mophie for long days).

I've dropped the phone multiple times and no damages at all. Love, love, love their products and their customer service. So glad they are now in Apple stores and available 'across the pond'.

I hesitated to buy due to adding thickness to the iPhone body, but it's more sleek than you think. Phone still feels thin and light. This case saved my phone a couple times from shattering. I hardly drop my iPhones and often go without a case, but it fell face flat and hard; I will now always use this case! Doesn't hurt the phone; Haven't seen scratches on the phone body after 3 months use. The colors are bright and on trend. I definitely recommend this case for protection and minimum bulk. Great customer service is a plus. I am rating 4/5 stars because the clear was yellowing pretty quickly, but Tech21 is graciously letting me exchange for the pink. I think I had a faulty case because Apple employees had not seen that happen prior to me bringing it in.

This is a great case for those who want adequate protection for the iPhone 5, without sacrificing the bulky features such as those from Otterbox, Lifeproof, and Griffin.

Rather than writing a descriptive paragraph of what I liked and disliked about this product, I have decided to provide a list of the pros and cons

Pro:
Great protection for edges/corners
Great design (have been receiving compliments ever since I bought this case)
Thin and sleek
Fairly easy to put on

Con:
Slippery feel (not a good idea for people with greasy hands)
Flexible TPU shell (the sides are prone to stretch out)
No dust/dirt protection
Optimum camera lens cut-out (the cut out is a bit large in proportional to the back of the iPhone and does not offer protection at this area)
Fit (at times, the iPhone seems a bit wobbly)

I grew tired of the chunky box cases and apprehensively bought these. Smoke for me, clear for my wife. We've been "wearing" them for about a month. Yesterday mine passed the drop and bounce test from about five feet high--hitting a steel platform and then concrete. I replaced my damaged screen protector (the steel platform had texture for traction) and all is well. I am very pleased with the fit, feel, appearance, and functionality of this case. It is perfect for anyone who wants the iPhone experience without sacrificing protection. FIVE STARS!

After going through several cases for my iphone 5, I decided to give this one a try. I was looking for a simple, yet rugged case that didn't add too much bulk. I'm usually not too rough on my phones, but I've dropped a few. So when I bought the iphone 5, I wanted a minimalist case that would not make my phone feel like a brick.

After reading several reviews on the Tech 21 case, I decided to pick one up. I'm pleased that I did. The case is well made and looks really nice on my phone. The buttons are a little hard to push, but very manageable. The orange ring (the "extra protection") gives the case a unique look. I bought the clear case and it looks fantastic.

Highly recommended if you want a good looking case with some level of protection from drops. NOT good for someone who is rough on their phone.

This case is beautiful and very resistant. I have the white IPhone and got the pink case! Its amazing the mach. I love it!

I dropped the phone out of my pocket with this case on. Unfortunately, it was screen up. I am very surprised though, the back and sides of my phone are perfect! The front has bad cracks but nothing near what you'd expect from a car running over it.

I have never liked a case. I always took it off a day or 2 after I bought it because I did not like something about it. I got this case for Christmas, I still have it on my phone. Enough said...
