I first bought the 12 south book book, but found it much too bulky, I also didn't like how it put pressure on the screen when fully loaded so I returned it and got this case instead.

It's a great case. I use it with one card, which when placed in the top slot doesn't contact the screen. The case flips open in a very innovative way, with the band keeping the case enclosed (doesn't reveal your card). You only need to open this case fully to use the nice large camera access or to use the card. This is not clear from the pics or YouTube reviews. There is a built in fold in the case, so when you want to use the screen you 'slide' the phone out, with the band holding the case closed (the side holding the phone faces inside out while you use it). This is hard to explain, and if you don't figure it out you would think the case was awkward to use- it's not!

Overall, this is a great case, really tidy and good quality, and ideal for my needs of carrying just one item to shops and excursions. I don't know about long term quality as there is only one week of wear and tear on it so far.

I LOVE this wallet case. Yes, it is difficult to remove the phone from the case but I think that allows the phone not to easily fall out when you drop it. It even has a camera hole in the back so you do not have to constantly take it out to take pictures (like my previous Michael Kors one). I love how theres a elastic band to hold everything together. I've gotten plenty of compliments! If this one wears out, I would purchase this one again. I've had many cases and this one is by far the best. Love how it looks like moleskin. Practical. Classy.

Purchased for use with new IPod Touch. Fits great but just a small gap on top to edge. Just insert 3 business cards between IPod and case for perfect fit. Like it so far but just purchased today. Very nice case overall!

This case is really great. It's a genuine leather and feels great in the hands. I really don't get what other people in their reviews are saying. People are getting mad that it adds bulk to it and is difficult to get out? First of all, it's an iPhone case and a wallet. Do you expect it to be as thin as the phone itself? The size of it is perfect. It's thin and feels great in the pocket and while using it. Second, the snap case inside it is made with a soft nice material that will definitely not scratch you phone and is securely held in there. It is a little difficult to get it but not to bad it all. It takes about a couple seconds to pop it out. Overall i love this case. It provides great protection and holds the perfect amount of cards and cash. I no longer have to carry my wallet which is great. Hex is an awesome new company that provides protection and style. Their great in the skateboard community which is super cool as well. I'm a skater myself so major respect to hex.

I bought this case for travel and weekends out because on a daily basis, I like being able to quickly access information on my phone. The case looks great, works nicely as a stand, and it's convenient to carry along cards. I tried it on my phone tonight and when I went to take it off, I was faced with an aggravating, difficult task. Not only did I break two nails, the back of the case that's leather started coming off just from trying to remove the phone! I finally got it off safely with a plastic spoon and did not harm the phone or the case, but what a trial! I'm undecided if I'll keep this case for this reason, despite really wanting to love it.

While the case may look great, it is a pain when making or answering calls. If you are not using headphones or the speaker, you will need to position the flap holding your cards behind the phone. This is extremely annoying and it adds bulkiness to the phone.

the wallet is right, hard to handle, hard to deal with. the leather is sturdy. The rubber band is annoying, but no other way to keep the case closed. putting any cane of card in the wallet will leave a mark on the screen protector. not impressed, and not worth the money at all.
