I bought this case at the local Apple store. It was easy to install and seems to protect fairly well, though I haven't really put that to the test. The main issue with this case is the size of the access holes. The mute switch is difficult (though not impossible) to operate for medium to large fingers. The headphone jack is useless for most standard stereo cables. Apple headphones work fine as the jacket around the plug is very narrow. However, I have yet to find a standard audio cable (for plugging into car, stereo, etc) that will push in far enough to work at all.
