    Dead out of the box, bought another and bricked after 5 days

    I was not able to use this device much - however I did return and try a second one for a week until that one also bricked. I went through ALL of the troubleshooting and contacted Jawbone support - you know what they told me? "Try the troubleshooting" .

    PLEASE, we are not stupid. I have used the FitBit and Nike Fuel band - this Jawbone UP works nice on paper but they somehow failed to properly execute quality control+practical design (like plugging this device into your phone to sync)

    So you have been warned - me and others have experienced quality issues on this product.

    Problems for the second time with Jawbone UP second Generation- Don't Work!

    I'm a ex fan of Jawbone because of innovate products. But after both one Jawbone Up and this show problems (stoped to work). I went to apple store and change for new Jawbone up in period of 15 days. But after 1 Month happens again, the second Jawbone up stoped to work AGAIN. Unfortunately I live at Brazil. So I got in contact with Apple, they said me who isn't possible to send to Brazil if I want change the costs of transportation is mine. I'm not Because of this I don't recommend this product, unless you want to have problems. Don't buy don't work!!!
