This is really nothing more than a motivator. But for me it worked. It allows you to set goals based on calories, steps taken, distance, and activity. I started out having a hard time hitting 2500, my original goal, I then moved to 3500. Which has involved some effort but I'm hitting the goal, and now my goal is at 4000.

It's making me become more active to achieve the goals I set. It's cool to be able to see what times of the day I was the most active and what days of the month I'm most active.

I'm shocked at how accurate it is and it helps me base my diet around my activity and calorie intake for the day. It's funny looking back at your day and knowing exactly what you were doing based on the activity on the graph. The accuracy of this thing can definitely work negatively. Your spouse may have questions if your activity is sky hight the night you had to "work late".

The wristband + app combo are super motivating, easy to use, and the battery on the wristband lasts for a crazy long time. It's a good metric because it counts everything you do. It'll make you move, get the wristband! I've tried, and returned, the jawbone and the fitbit because this one is just so much better!

This is a well made product that has done a great job at motivating me to be a little bit more active every day. I liked it so much that I bought my partner one and now we have a friendly competition between us that motivates us to be more active than before. I couldn't be happier with the FuelBand, and I'm glad I chose it over the FitBit or Jawbone Up.
