I just bought my iHealth. I think they've improved the instructions because I found it realatively simple to set up. One thing that is different from other BP monitors is that it takes readings as the cuff inflates (i.e. it takes the diastolic reading first) so you just need to make sure you're relaxed before you press start.

I have been using the device for a month and am very impressed. I keep it in my backpack and can measure my BP within two minutes. Once I get my reading, it is automatically sent to the app and I can see where the result stacks against my other readings and where it is in the normal/abnormal range. You can easily maintain multiple accounts so I have been getting people in my family to take their BP too. Since buying the product I have only charged it once and it's at 50% battery life, so the battery life is awesome.

The product and software it comes with are both excellent, empowering tools to improve your health and if you want to track your BP I reocmmend this.

    Wrist Blood Pressure

Took me a while to figure out the connection between the blood pressure device to iPad using the bluetooth. The apps are bit confusing b/c iHealth has 2 apps and I wasn't sure which one to use. After awhile I got it figured out. Directions were poor and agree with other reviews. I'm pretty good figuring out things. I maybe returning it b/c you do have to hold your wrist at a certain position and it shows you. However if you don't have something behind your wrist to rest, it could be tiring holding it that one position. That's why I'm thinking of getting the iHealth Blood Pressure cuff around your arm. At least you can rest your arm on the table.

I think this is great to have especially, it does everything for you - chart and list your readings. Also, love the fact it's cordless :-)

It is great but instructions are poor and I am good electronics. They need to rewrite!
