    Worst account setup ever see, very bad performance.

    Izon has made the account setup reliable on that everything goes as it is thought and if that fail you will have to wait until Monday when YOU can get hold of support... never happen for me.
    They even stat that their email verification might be caught in a spam filet, in mi case the mail was never sent.

    Second, when the camera are triggered it takes from 35 - 45 minutes before the alert is received. Didn't figure out where it recorded to. The app constantly reported internet congestion
    I think that it is needless to say that I returned it, Bought a Philips instead, worked first time!

    No support on a product that does not work most of the time

    Product works for a few hours and then needs to be unplugged and attached again later to work properly once again. Izon product support explains how busy they are but will get back to you and they never do. Company should be ashamed of themselves

    Poor cloud storage

    Bought 5 cameras of this camera and felt fooled when the automatic downloads to YouTube was blocked. They invented an own cloud storage service but limits the number of uploads. When you need to see videos tha really matter, like just right now, when the house alarm went off, it hasn't uploaded nothing, because I already had reached the daily amount of uploads. Do not recommend.
