    Looks are deceiving

It kills me to write such a bad review. Over the past 3-4 months i have been fighting a battle with this product. When the bluetooth edition came out it was a must have. Well over the past 3-4 months i've had 3 different "house of marley bag of riddim" and all 3 have had the same issue. The bluetooth connectivity gives out and my third one wont charge through the output cables. Its a shame that this product is having such issues. But when it works, its flawless, loud enough for a small party or the beach. My question to anyone else whose purchased this product, are you having bluetooth connectivity issues?

    Worth it?

After getting over my cupcake phase of actually owning a portable bluetooth speaker, I've noticed some huge flaws:
    1. The speaker stops working randomly when connected with bluetooth.
    2. The touch buttons seemed pretty cool at first, but i realized it can be unresponsive.
    3. The "portable speaker" isn't so portable. The bulky speaker feels really uncomfortable to carry.
    4. The audio quality is alright, but definitely not worth $300.
    5. This disappointed me the most. After just two weeks the speaker completely stopped working. It wouldn't turn on at all. (Took me a while to figure out something was wrong because of the touch buttons)
I called the support number and they were really nice in giving me free shipping to send the speakers back to them so they could send me new one. I receive my "new" speakers one month and three days later, with my old speaker, just fixed and repackaged. I had left a small sticker underneath the battery lid so I could be sure they sent me a new one. Long story short I have my speakers again in hopes that it wont break again.
In conclusion is this product worth buying? I'd say no, you could get better quality and dependability spending $100 for speakers from reputable companies.

    Sad news

I am glad I am not the only one that has a bluetooth conectivity issue. I am on my third one. They all have the same problem, drops conection at any given time. The last one came directly from the House of Marley. They told me they had never heard of such an issue. Told me it was operator issue. As if connecting is something that requires a aeronautical degree. Nevertheless after arguing with them they had me send it back and they sent me another one back. Within one hour it dropped connection. I have tried with Iphone,Ipad and even a Blackberry. Same results. It is a shame now I am stuck with it. No one wants to step up. Beautiful sound but worthless if you have to reconnect at any given time. Do not buy this product unless you are willing to put up with the Bluetooth issue.
