    Design problems

    • Written by from cincinnati

Beautiful to look at but some design problems. Noise isolation is great when listening to music, but not when talking on the phone. It is unnatural to hear my own voice muffled and dim in conversation. Also, the mass of the earpiece sticks out too far making it come loose and fall out too easily--regardless of the in-ear adapter used.

    Broke 2x

This was a birthday present for my boyfriend and he loved them at first, great sound, and beautiful design. They stopped working after 6 months and I was pleased that it came with a 1 year warranty so I paid for the shipping and got a refurbished set. The second pair broke within 1 month of use. I was very disappointing to say the least.

Made for rugged use but disappointing sound

    • Written by from Toronto

I have used these on a daily basis for about one month. The Good: I'm impressed with the cable. It seems tough, sturdy, rugged and easy to roll up and store. The Bad: The sound quality is poor to average. The big problem is getting them to fit comfortably in your ear. If they're not in all the way, they sound thin and tinny and they fall out too easily. If you stuff them in all the way, they sound muffled and muddy. Conclusion: They do the job, so I'll use them till I wear them out. But on balance, I wish I hadn't bought them.
