    Could Not Connect

    I was excited when I saw this new product which would give me wireless sound in the room I wanted. When I tried to download the software onto my mac, it would not accept my network password so downloading was not possible. It would download only when I removed my password, but that would leave my network vulnerable. Maybe i just got a bad unit, either way it's going back for a refund today.

    Connectivity issues

    The sound from this speaker was great...when it worked.

    Didn't really get to experience it to its fullest as the airplay connection would randomly start crackling or the sound would disappear then reappear again, in and out for 30 seconds at a time, often throwing me off wifi and causing me to have to reboot my router.

    Bose support had a long list of 'troubleshooting' tips to try and I spent 1.5 hrs on the phone to them trying to sort it out, changing ports on the router and so on, but to no avail. Had to return it :(

    Very disapointing...Intermitent conection

    Absolutely disapointing, as the conection via air play which was the most important issue in my decision of buying the product, simply doesn't wor properly.
    I have a network whith an airport extreme amplified by an aiport express.
    When trying to use the bose soundlink airplay whith mac os, iphone or ipad, the conection drops intermitently for few seconds, enervating anyone that would like to hear some music.
    The result is that it's only used whtih an Ipod through a cable conection.
    I strongly do not recomend the equipment.
