If you're into this type of headphone, then you'll like it. The sound is clear and loud (the bass is not THAT strong for this kind of headphone), and the fit is perfect. Also, I believe that this might be the only available headphone in this style that has iPod/iPhone control with Siri functionality. think I'll buy a second pair :)
The only negatives I see are sort of cosmetic: the plastic parts do not look quite smoothly finished (although sturdy and inobtrusive), and the packaging is a little annoying and not straight-forward.
I searched everywhere for a pair of In-ear, headband-style headphones. Ear buds won't stay in my ears and the kind that wrap behind your head pop out when you lay down on a bench to workout.
I was really excited about these, and figured for how much they cost, they would be decent headphones. Maybe I have a weird shaped head, but these are painful to wear. They dig in to your ears, making them impossible to wear for extended periods of time. They come with several additional sets of rubber rings to put over the ear buds, but none of them made it any better.
They get 2 stars because despite being designed poorly, they sound decent, and they do a good job of finding a balance between letting you hear your music and ambient noises. Too many headphones block out all other noise, which really isn't safe if you're using them to run outside.
Side note: I ended up picking up a pair of these from another store because the 3 Apple stores I went to in 2 days didn't have any in stock.
