I read the reviews before purchasing my Epson XP Small-in One Printer and I have no regrets. The only drawback was that it only came in black and its too high, six inches to be exact. It needs to be a little bit more smaller. It's not to heavy though, because I brought it in Manhattan and had to take the train home to Brooklyn. Setting up was very easy; I read the instructions first, then again as I went step by step setting it up. The print quality is absolutely great. No regrets!

    Great printer for the price
The software for scanning is really limited no feature for multipage pdf.
The scan to PC function doesn't seem to work properly over USB for MAC but does work really well work via Wifi

I like this printer. It does all you'll need for a home printer. Display screen and instructions for set up of printer, wi-fi is simple and easy to follow.
The only issue I had is the printer died and would not print readable text after 5 months of low to moderate use. But troubleshooting on the phone w/Epson, they determined it died and sent me a brand new one that was also very easy to set up and use. Dont you just love companies who stand by their product and do the right thing for their customers. I'm pleased with Epson customer service and the new replacement printer. I will continue to use Epson product because of their customer friendly policies and no hassles.

Quick and easy setup, great quality, very quiet and fast... Airprint works brilliantly...

However, there is NO automatic two-sided printing for Mac!! Very disappointed :(

    XP-400

The printing and scanning have worked fine in the short time I have had it. However, it is a replacement of my original XP-400, which I had to return a few days after purchasing it. On that one, the printer malfunctioned (red-orange bars appeared on the printed images), and I was advised by Epson that it was a hardware problem. Nonetheless, I'm very pleased with the new one so far.

    EPSON XP400 PRINTER

Set up was easy. Even if you have never set up a printer, let alone a wireless printer, have no fears. Its simple and takes <30 minutes from the time you unpack the box to when you start printing.
Printer footprint is small and the display screen is clear and simple to use. Dont spend $200+ for the home office type printers. if you are doing basic print stuff for home (kids projects, etc.) consider this printer

A little loud (compared to my Canon), but it's just a small thing (doesn't really bother me), and so far the only thing I can say that's not great. It's great for the value, though. Printing is easy and good quality, although I haven't printed photos yet. Easy to set up, easy to use the copy feature. Very nice. Very happy with the purchase for the price. I like the size too.

Very easy to set up with my iMAC - quiet and smaller than my previous printer. Waiting to see how long the ink cartridges last, but I normally print in draft quality so it should be good.

I like this product, very much, its fast, and easy, and has great print quality. But a few issues... The ink goes fast, when printing pictures. Another problem, is that on certain windows computers, like Windows 7, it can be so hard to use because the printer software wont download. Overall I like it, and rate it 4 stars.

Small, easy to set up, printed from iPad on first try. My only complaint is faxing is not an option. Scanning to a memory card then transferring the card to a PC is a pain.

This printer was very easy to set up, and was working quickly. We have a variety of computers and devices, and this printer works wirelessly with all of them: an iMac, netbook, pc, iPad, and iPhone.
We print about 40 pages a week, so I'll be interested to see how well it continues to print and how long the ink lasts. My husband thinks it prints slowly - but it prints well.
