    Poor product, worst customer service

    This speaker never actually connected with any iPad or iPhone for longer than 3 seconds, keeps disconnecting and often subsequently turning itself off. Customer service from Carbon Audio has horrible. I received a sorry it doesn't work, try turning it off and on again. No replacement or substitute offered...don't waste your money here.

    Fabulous sound quality.. easy to set up!

    Love that one charge lasts 8 hours... and the look is sleek , lovely in the color purple.. which was even richer in person, than via web pic on my Mac Book.
    I am so pleased with Apple products overall.. and the ZOOKA wireless.. is a beautiful addition to my devices . Thanks for great customer service and delivery very fast.. to my door !

    Awkward and heavy, sound quality and volume very poor. Difficult to attach to ipad and falls off easily. I bought this yesterday and am returning it today.
    A complete waste of money.

    Nice, but not particularly loud enough

    This speaker is small and light weight making it super portable, however, the Zooka speaker is not particularly loud enough for me. I'd like to at least be able to hear it in the next room (on it's highest volume) if I choose. I owned a Logitech speaker a few years back that did the job more then this. I'm considering taking it back to the store in the morning.

    Unhappy customer

    Received my brand new speaker from Carbon Audio. Unfortunately I am very disappointed the speaker is producing a popping sound while connected to Bluetooth. I subsequently contacted Carbon Audio but the support has not been helpful.

    Best Addition to Your iPad Environment

    I knew the Zooka was a winner when I first saw the Kickstarter Project page describing it. Kudo's to the developers -- it does just what they advertised it would do and then some by adding the "speakerphone" option. If you don't get any other accessory you need to get the Zooka!

    Nice for the price

    I picked this up at the Valley Fair Apple Store and it works great. Nice sound too. Great for a small room or office I found out that the Zooka's Bluetooth will only pair with one device at a time. I have both an iPhone and an iPad. I use home sharing to get my gigantic iTunes library playing through my iPad. So to pair my iPad with the Zooka, I turn off Bluetooth on my iPhone first before powering the Zooka on. Then my iPad finds it immediately. Streaming my iTunes library right now and I'm very happy.

    Well made witht tinny sounding base

    Fits solidly on Ipad
    Stand perfect angle for watching videos, typing and browsing
    Material quality exceptional
    Treble OK
    Bass sounds very tinny
    Bass worse than Ipad speaker
    Sound on the verge of unacceptable
    If bass were good, it would unequivicably rate 5 stars

    Simply the best, lightest, coolest bluetooth speaker ever!

    Love this speaker. Easy to carry everywhere...Great Battery Life!!
    Took it to the beach last week-end, the sun came down and it was still running at full volume. Makes also a very cool looking stand for my iPad in my office.
    Great gift also, looks more expensive than it costs. Looking forward to more color ways or patterns.

    Surprisingly Good For Its Size

    I bought my Zooka some months ago through Kickstarter and I recently took delivery from their first factory run. Excellent investment. The speaker feels solid (as does the detachable kickstand), it sounds surprisingly good even with classical music--making allowances for its size--and the Bluetooth pairing works without stutters or dropouts, even when I move the speaker from one room to another.
