    Poor product, worst customer service

    This speaker never actually connected with any iPad or iPhone for longer than 3 seconds, keeps disconnecting and often subsequently turning itself off. Customer service from Carbon Audio has horrible. I received a sorry it doesn't work, try turning it off and on again. No replacement or substitute offered...don't waste your money here.

    Awkward and heavy, sound quality and volume very poor. Difficult to attach to ipad and falls off easily. I bought this yesterday and am returning it today.
    A complete waste of money.

    Received my brand new speaker from Carbon Audio. Unfortunately I am very disappointed the speaker is producing a popping sound while connected to Bluetooth. I subsequently contacted Carbon Audio but the support has not been helpful.
