    Malfunctioning controls

    After one full week, controls stopped working due to sweat. Volume began decreasing on it's own. Mute, song skip completely non functioning. Not as loud as I would have expected from a $200 pair of headphones.

    EXPENSIVE GARBAGE

    DO NOT BUY ANY BEATS PRODUCT - They do not stand by their products and the quality is poor. I've had them send me FOUR replacement buds over the past year (the original pair I bought lasted 3 months) bc they keep shorting out and now they will not send any others. Not one pair that I've had from them has lasted more than a few months. DO NOT BUY ITS POOR QUALITY.

    Big waste of time and money

    Bought these on a Monday used them for two bike rides over a three day span. On the second ride the microphone and all of the controls on the remote stopped working. No Siri, no volume control, no track control nothing worked. For all the hype about the base and how great beats are these where the worst headphones I have ever had. Returned then four days after I purchased them. No worth the money or the time you will waist returning them.

    STAY AWAY!!!

    Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this terrible product. I would scream this from the top of a mountain...but I don't have a mountain...I only have this small text box. Anyways, I had the headphones for 1.5 months. After about 30 days, the remote stopped working...2 weeks later, the left ear bud stopped working. Awesome. After seeing others report the EXACT same problem (faulty remote and left ear bud), it's clear that these are complete garbage.

    These don't work. At all. Don't expect anyone to be able to hear you using the microphone. And the connection to the phone is terrible. BUY SOMETHING ELSE.

    These are the worst earphones I have ever purchased. Thankfully, I did not pay full price for them. I wouldn't even try to resell them to get over on somebody. I own a pair of Klipsch S1, Bowers & Wilkins C5, and the new Apple Earpods. These Powerbeats are not even close to any of those 3 and cost considerably more ($150) than the Klipsch $99 and Apple Earbuds $29.
    The sound is subpar, uneven balance between L and R, and the bass is near nonexistent even when listening to pop, jazz, and R&B. If you are a hip-hop bass head, you may cry at the injustice to any hip hop joint out there.
    I should have learned my lesson as this is the 4th pair of Beats that I've tried. I will NEVER purchase another pair in life.

    Great sound, poor construction and materials

    This product does not worth the price. Same day I bought mine the headphone's remote was broken. The replacement got the same problem. Unfortunately the producer dose not get any warranty for the replacement. They sound great but the construction materials are not worthy for the application. Very unsatisfied.

    Horrible

    After purchasing these I have lost complete faith in this entire company!! These broke only 5 months after purchasing and when I called the company they were rude and refused to stand behind a faulty product. Apple should be ashamed of themselves for even carrying this type of trash.

    ....Just like every other review on here; they are garbage. The left ear stopped working after a few month... took months to get a replacement, which is just someone else's broken pair that has been "refurbished". The mic stopped working, the playback feature stops the music and activates suri. Customer service is terrible: rude and not helpful at all. Please please do not buy these.... I bought mine in Canada and after tax they were $230... honestly the most ripped off I have ever felt. Its like Beats and Dr.Dre reached right into my pocket and stole $230 all while smiling ear to ear.

    Save Your Money!

    On my third pair in 30days! The control talk stops working in a few days, causes voice control to stop music. Complete garbage. Apple should be ashamed for selling this inferior product in their stores! Next time I return them, and I'm sure I will have to. I'll try the Klipsch.

    This is my third set of headphones , mic does not work , sometimes it's straight of the box sometimes they stop working after a few weeks. Also sound quality is ok but no way they are worth $150

    Don't waste your money on this

    Extremely bad product. I got this headphones as a gift, and even been told to not get them reading all the reviews online, I still though that the quality issues where isolated problems. Well IT IS TRUE that they get damaged after 2 days. The remote stopped working only after 2 days of use. The worst part is that you call the manufacturer for warranty and they tell you that the only option is to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get a replacement. NEVER BUY BEATS PRODUCTS, absolutely waste of money!

    Not worth the trouble

    Got these based on the quality of Monster products but after three workouts the mic and remote started to act up after contact with sweat. It would pause my nike+ workout and launch Siri on its own. I email customer support for help and never heard back from them. After just 4 months of use the right ear stopped working, make note that I would always store them in the case that I got. Great sound when they worked but not for working out or sweating at from any activity.

    Do not waste your money!!!!

    This product dose not worth at all. I bought mine April 2011. After while the headphone's remote was broken so I got the replacement. The replacement got the same problem. Unfortunately the producer dose not get any warranty for the replacement. So I stuck with one of the most expensive garbage I've ever have.
