    The Best of the Beats

I've owned these Beats for a few weeks now and I love them. They are better than the Solos (I upgraded from the Product Red Solos to these) but not as ridiculously huge as the Studios or Pros. The Beats sound is great for all kinds of music with deep, rich bass and clear highs and midrange. They come with a hard case that keeps them protected as well.

Best of the beats by dre line up

I have tried the entire beats line of headphones these are by far my favorite. the have the highest volume threshold and dont drown out most of the music with excessive bass while balancing out the mids and highs with amazing clarity. Extremely well made, not plastic like most of the beats.

I bought this one two weeks ago, the sound is incredibly awesome, this is the best sound effect i have ever heard. however, when i wear it on my head, not too long time, i will feel very painful on my ears and i even feel it like poisonous. if you have small ears, you could buy this one, but, not regular-ear guys.

    AWESOME BEST BEATS EVER

They sound great with the perfect equalizations of bass and lyrics and all sounds. They are the loudest Beats ever without the bass overpowering the music. If u listen to Dubstep then these would b the ones to get! i love my Beats Mixr and take them everywhere! They are super light, flexible, durable, and great for taking on the road. They adjust really easy to fit anyone and they stay on ur head perfectly and comfortably the entire time ur jamming out. If ur thinkin bout getting some Solos bc there the cheapest I would suggest spending the extra $50 and getting these bc they sound way better and are way louder! Easy to clean and keep looking great!!! MY fav by far im so glad I got these rather than the Solos...

    Too tight. UNCOMFORTABLE.

I really like the design for this headphone. Also the sound quality is good, but it is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. My ear feels hurt and turn red after I wear it for only about 10 minute. I read a lot of review before I bought it, and they already say that this headphone is too tight, but I was think that I'm a girl, so maybe I won't feel too tight. Then I find out is does too tight, so my suggestion DON'T BUT IT.

So when I went to Best Buy to try these on I was checking to see which ones I wanted. The executives were garbage. The studios were as well. The solos weren't the best. But when I put these on it was so different. These were so much better. A clean bass and good treble. My only complaint is that my left ear hurts a little after wearing them for a long time. I had to stretch them out too because they were so tight they hurt. I'm a female and so with my long hair my BIGGEST complaint is that my hair gets caught in the rings all the time and it HURTS. I've figured out how to avoid this situation but it's quite a pain. Other than that they look like pros (unfortunately I didn't get to give those a go but they're good from what I've heard) and have great sound.

Great design! The sound quality and bass are really good! But I feel uncomfortable about my ear. It is just so tight. You should try it before you go. I prefer to pay 50 more to get Studio!!!

As DJs, we are known to be picky on our equipment (if not, then its just me).
These headphones may not be the best in the world (though Beats have the highest market share and try to convince that they sell the best headphones) they are not, but to be honest, they get the job done. I previously owned the Studios and Pros, but the Studios have a low quality external noise reduction and the Pro Beats (though more durable and more noise reduction) are just too heavy. Therefore, the Beats Mixrs (which are made with the same material as the Pro Beats) give out the same power and noise reduction as the Pros and the "eardrum shaking" bass as the Studios.
These headphones aren't too big and they look pretty stylish when performing on stage. I give these headphones a 4/4.5 out of 5 and I strongly recommend them to others.

BUT IF YOU REALLY WANT TO PAY BIG BUCKS FOR THE BEST HEADPHONES, GO FOR THE SENNHEISERS HD 800 <----- WORLD'S BEST HEADPHONES!!!

The Pain is not Worth it

I read quite a few reviews before I finally decided on these. One of the biggest selling points is the small size and the way the headphones collapse. I'm not a huge audiophile so the sound is good enough for my ears. Unfortunately, these earphones are so tight that they pretty much crush your head after 10-20 minutes.

As I said, I've read the reviews and was aware of this problem. One reviewer said that they stretched them out by putting them on the box over night. Another said that after a few weeks use they loosened up. I have tried everything and let me say that, after four months, THESE DO NOT LOOSEN UP! This may be a nice feature for a DJ bouncing around the floor but for working at my desk? I don't need that level of skull crushing pressure. I would most definitely not buy these again.
