    Well I bought this thing even though the cost is a little outrageous and I actually liked it for a few weeks. That's how long it took to stop accepting a charge. I took it back to the Apple store where I bought it to return it and they said "sorry, 14 day return policy." Now I am stuck with it and hopefully I don't keep getting warranty replacements that only last a few weeks at a time.
    Piece of junk, don't buy it.

    Garbage Product

    I absolutely loved this case, so much so that after my first one broke, I thought it was a fluke and bought a second. And then it had the exact same problem! The connecting comes loose, so it will not charge! Worked fine last night, then all of a sudden, can't take a charge no matter how many times I try to reposition the cord. Very dissatisfied. Trying a different brand this time!

    USB Connector Broke - not worth the money

    After just a couple weeks, just beyond the warranty period, the USB connector broke, so the device no longer can be charged. Not well constructed, to say the least.

    Don't waste your money - Breaks qucikly

    I loved never running out of a charge until I realized it's just poorly made. The Charging port has now broken on 3 different ones I have purchased - spent waaaay too much money with these guys. It's a shame. I haven't bought one for my 5 yet - jst can't shell out that ckind of money for a device that works at most 3 months....

    Love it... when it works

    I've had two. The first was under 2 months old when it stopped charging. The charger would not stay plugged in. It took it back to AT&T and exchanged it for another (sill under warranty). Thought I just got a bad one the first time around, however the second proved that they are not well designed. The second is just over a year old and is now experiencing the same problem as the first did. It has always been a bit annoying to use because the usb charger was horrible to come unplugged, but at least it would charge. Now I have to hold the usb charger in the phone while it charges; if I let go, it stops charging. Juice Pack is a great idea poorly executed. I will not waste my money on another.

    Failed on first "charge" out of the box.

    I should have listened to the reviews. I will be attempting to return this device tomorrow. Besides having no charge when I purchased it (the user manual says it comes fully charged and "ready to go!"), the battery will not charge for longer than a minute. I'm very disappointed in this product. Apple should definitely reconsider selling it in their stores.

    Piece of expensive junk

    i bought it for travel. After few months it stopped charging the phone even when the switch is in green position. i sent it back to the vendor and in return received another junk that never worked.

    USB connector broke in 3 weeks

    The concept is great, and it worked well-- for 3 weeks. However, the USB port broke in about 3 weeks (light use, never dropped), and the product will no longer charge. I have read reviews after the fact, and see that this has been a consistent issue. Poor design and workmanship for a product at this price point. DO NOT BUY.

    Could have been awesome

    Same issue as everyone else. Charging port is worthless. Everything else makes this a great piece of gear, EVEN at the high price tag, until you factor the flimsy charging port (guaranteed to fail), then this case is worthless. My Blackberry has the same port, no problem after 3 years. Been through 3 mophies in a year. Cheap parts will be the doom of this company. Never again from them, anything. Boo.

    Major Flaw in Case - USB attach plugin

    This product DOES NOT LAST. The USB cable plug in was designed by individuals who had no clue. I've owned two of these cases for the iphone 4S. Both times the USB port wouldn't hold up under normal use. I opened the second case just to see how the connector was installed (total Mickey Mouse). This case is worth about $10 at most. That is cause you should be able to throw it away after it breaks. Until Mophie gets smart and designs something people can use effectively, this item remains on my junk list.

    Mine lasted 2 days!

    Worked fine for a day but the next time I went to charge it, it simply would not charge up. I had to remove the phone and reattache the two parts several times. It was hit and miss to get it to start charging (without the phone) and I don't like the idea of having to fiddle with what should be a simple process. The connectors seem flimsy and I don't think it will stand the test of time - well after 2 days is certainly did not. An expensive piece of rubbish! I regret not reading these reviews first. Why does Apple keep a product that so many clients have complained about? Clearly this product has design flaws.

    Good Customer Service - Poor Design

    Sorry, but no earth shattering news here. Mophie customers service is spot on with taking care of complaints, however the micro USB port design is a guaranteed failure after 45 days. The product is great, beyond this single flaw. Good protection, good runtime, But an un-chargeable battery is useless. I'll keep getting replacements until they change the design, or go broke doing warranty replacements. Hopefully it won't be the latter. The product gets zero stars for this deficiency. The lone Star on the rating is for excellent customer service.

    Do NOT waste your money

    I received this case as a gift. It worked for three days and now the case will not charge my iPhone 4s very unhappy with this product. Do not fall victim to this company's poorly constructed product.

    Reading the reviews...I consider myself lucky that mine lasted so long 6 WEEKS! the connector didn't last. I hope Apple will get rid of this product. the salesperson at apple store was so confident... i bought it... i regret it...

    catch 22 ?

    I purchased Mophie Juice Pack Plus for iPhone 4 on Sunday and after couple of hours I discovered that every time I open turn on the phone it lowers down the volume. Also the button to increase the volume doesn't always work.
    I took it back to the Apple store. They tried to replace it with another one but same think happened to a newly opened battery. then they tried to put in some of the employees iphones 4 in it and everything worked perfectly.
    So because there is nothing wrong with the iphone its self and there is nothing wrong with Mophie battery itself they couldn't help me. it's specifically my phone (the volume buttons) that doesn't work with any of the Mophies juice packs.
    I really like the Mophie Juice Pack plus design and I really need longer working battery.

    Worst purchase ever!

    I never write reviews but this was the worst product I have purchased in awhile. I purchased one it worked once then stopped. Exchanged it, the new one only charged my phone to 75% then stopped working. Will be returning it this week for a refund. Great concept, but doesn't work.

    I purchased the Mophie for my Iphone 5. It worked great for about 90 days, then no longer accepted a charge. I took it back to AT&T and received an exchange. The second Mophie lasted about 60 days and now wont accept a charge.
    Great Idea but overall it is not worth it. I will return this for a refund and not get another.

    Wont add music
