    Worst Printer Ever

    This has been the worst printer I have ever had. I have only had it a week and the paper jams have been ridiculous!! I am going to return it!!

    shipping was 5 star:
    arrive faster than said on site.
    setup was 3 star:
    took me 4 hours and so many try in the between, had to go online
    Install printer part 2.5 star:
    need more information about location of what need to be done
    all part required 1 star:
    not all cable are in box as some feature that require purchase to have
    this printer 100% compatible for all usage that the unit offer
    paper jam 2 star:
    happen twice or take more than one paper at the moment of printing

    Paper Jams - Stay Away

    This printer is horrible! Install and set up was great and easy. But 80% of the pages jammed in the HP5520 printer. I had a frustrating 45 minutes with it and returned it that same day. I bought the Epson XP400 and it is very reliable... easy to set up and no paper jams yet.

    We just got this printer a week ago. So far so good, love the air print.I think it is so cool that you can print from anywhere. Just have to remember to turn on the printer when I leave the house, that would help. I would recommend this printer

    HP printers and Macs don't seem to play nice together...

    I should be enjoying this product's features - AirPrint, beautiful colour, practically borderless printing, double-sided printing... the list goes on and on. But this printer is SLOW! The buffer fills up in no time (according to the print manager), meaning that a queue of 7 photos can take over an HOUR AND A HALF to print.

    HP's best solution is to turn off the printer, unplug it, and wait 15 seconds before restarting to clear the cache. I'm forced to do that regularly and it barely makes a difference. I've tried loading the drivers from Apple instead of the ones on the disc - still nothing.

    We had this problem with our previous HP printer, and we'd purchased the new one thinking it would be better but we were wrong. My only remaining option is to connect the printer directly to my computer, turning my laptop into a desktop unit. NOT HAPPY!!!

    Probably the easiest printer I've had to set up. It works great with all my i devices. And it looks nice.

    All my devices connect to this printer via cable, internet and AirPrint. Works exactly as advertised. Easy to install and to use. Well done!!! I highly recommend this product.
