    good product - touchy wifi connection

    as long as it is close to a wifi router works great -
    but as soon as i move it upstairs - where all other devices have wifi connection it no longer works

    Poor support by fitbit

    Spent several hundred USD to make it work in a professional WLAN-environment. Fitbit staff not helpful at all. Once installed scale works fine.
