The bad--alternate strap was missing an essential piece and was unusable out of the box. The headphones came apart after less than a month of modest and gentle use. Harman Kardon does not apparently have any live human beings to deal with any issues, as I have been ignored for going on two weeks now from both the message window on their website and their facebook page. One public comment on facebook did lead to one response, telling me where to send a message. I did. Still silence. Defective product, with zero ability to remedy it if you wait longer than the 14 day refund here at the apple store. Blame is on harman kardon, not apple.
I got suckered, I advocate you avoid getting suckered as well.
