I've had 2 or 3 of these now. They're great in the beginning, but as many have pointed out after a few months they start to act funky (making strange noises like when one try to connect the charger). Plus the charge does not hold.

I do like the robust outer case for when I drop the phone, although apparently a drop at the correct angle will still smash the display.

I expect more from this product. Improve it. Fit it.

I have had this case for about 6 months now and it has never worked as it is described on the package. The charge is so bad now that when I turned it on to charge my phone earlier tonight it charged it for about 30 seconds and my battery percentage went up from 28% to 29%. Im actually convince that the thing is taking charge from my phone and storing it and when i turn it on it just puts the charge it took from my phone and puts it back into the phone. Ever sunce i git this thing my battery has been getting sucked out of my phone.If you're willing to spend $80 on a piece of junk then this mophie juice pack thing is screaming your name. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Nice looking case, but did not provide nearly as much extra life as I expected. MIGHT have gotten 50% more, but the charge took forever.

Also, the micro USB port is located on the SIDE of the unit, right where you would normally have your palm while you hold the phone. This is a major design flaw, and probably explains the numerous complaints of broken charging ports. The phone is annoying to use while charging due to this poorly-thought out design.
