Reviews for Belkin Grip Candy TPU Case for iPhone 4S and 4

I bought this case a few months ago, but like a few other reviews, found the buttons sensitive around the sleep and volume. Called Belkin and they gladly refunded me the money and sent me a replacement, which I was told, corrected that sensitivity issue. I put my iPhone in my pocket often, so now I don't have to worry about accidentally pressing it anymore. Big improvement whatever they did, but give them a call and they will help you out with and exchange! I love the case because the display is protected when laying flat, and no fingerprints, too!

well this is my first cover for ma 4s.its really looks nice for a white 4s.all the buttons easy to access except the sleep/silent button.

only dislike -
im using cassette adapter on ma car n the jack is not going all the way in when the cover is on.

Like the feel and look of the case. I bought the black and after one month the translucent back is stained from my fingers. It looks awful now and nothing I've tried takes the finger marks off. Too bad because it looked great until the satins appeared.

To put it simple, since the point of a protective case for your iPhone is to protect it from damage, this one tops all the others on the market. I've accidently dropped mine on concrete, hardwood, and all over at least a dozen times...face down, on the side, any which way, and it still is in perfect condition as the day I bought it. It protects your phone perfectly with full access to everything, and it's sleak since all you people just LOVE little cute minimal cases.

Very nice feeling material. Tight fitting. Can't stop touching it :-). The volume buttons cover are not really off. I believe it's the difference between the iphone 4 and 4s. It fits inside. Great Job Belkins. Highly recommended!!!!

Very good case, it feels great and it protects

Pros:
-ads very little bulk to your phone
-feels good in your hand
-protects your screws because it has a lip over the screen
-you can see the back of your phone through the translucent backing

Cons:
-volume buttons are ~1mm off
-could be difficult at times to press the sleep/wake button

I really like this case. Its very simple and easy to put and off. I like that it doesnt make the phone bulky like some other cases do. However, the material picks up on the oils from your hands throughout the day and gets sort of gross in my opinion. It was my first case and I can see myself keeping it to switch back to every now and then but im sure there are other cases out there!

As I was searching for cases that fit a docking station, I took a chance with this case and it fits the Philips dual docking station in the dock 2 position.

All of the previous comments about the sensitive sleep button are true which is slightly annoying when you are typing.

The material does not seem as durable as expected (ie not as impact resistant), but it is a sleek case that will hopefully protect from an occasional drop.

actually, i really liked this case a lot, but i had two big problems with this...
first, the power button was incredibly sensitive, i would constantly get the "slide to power off" screen upon taking it out of my pocket, i can't imagine this being great for battery life, and you could just barely touch it or the area surrounding the button and it would go off.
secondly, the material wasn't that grippy, i found it to be a little slick and slippery, however this was nice for putting in and out of jeans pockets, you don't have to worry about lint what-so-ever
it was a good quality protective case though if those things don't bother you, but those really stuck out for me and its why i can only give 3 starts, i recommend the speck pixelskin hd, its a little more grippy (same TPU material) and the power button responsiveness is fantastic.
