Works great when it works. I have experienced times where locates are delayed for an hour or so and that is very disconcerting since we are using it for peace of mind with a loved one. Software is not fully mature and can get broken from the user interface requiring the "tech team' to fix it which can be an iterative process. Customer service agents are great, but they basically forward emails to the developers. Odometer, GPS, and cell phone indicators are broken on both the web based and app software and should either be fixed or deleted. It seems they just cant get the user interface right to make it a top notch utility.
