    Awful Device

    I hate this thing. I telecommute and often need to scan documents. The paper feed gets jammed when I try to scan anything longer than two pages. I end up scanning each page individually. That is, until recently, when the scanner completely stopped working (I've had the device for a year and a half). There was no incident--just one day the software would not scan anymore. I restarted the device and my computer and looked in the troubleshooting section of the manual. Nothing helped.

    I've never been able to set up the double-sided print option or get the paper tray options correctly set. I've read the 250-page manual twice and it's not very helpful. I can't overstate how many times I've almost smashed this thing with my fist. I'm relieved to be replacing it with a simpler, functioning device.
