Works fine with my 24" desktop

I was looking for a decent mouse to replace my original Apple bluetooth model, and didn't want to spend what an OEM model costs. This is a great alternative, and works just fine. It feels solid and comfortable. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is you have to tie up a USB port for the mini receiver. Bluetooth would be nice, but otherwise I've been happy with it's performance thus far. I got a great price on it on --ay, and wouldn't pay the ridiculous retail price. Go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Solid and reliable, but not very sensitive.

I bought this mouse as a replacement for my magic mouse in order to get some extra buttons for gaming and a more reliable scroll wheel for browsing. The body, weight, construction, and functions of all the buttons are excellent, this truly is a solid mouse and has been very reliable as far as lack of missed inputs. My only complaint is that it does not track as well as other mice. This may be due to the mouse itself or it may be due to the logitech receiver technology. It isn't that the mouse is incapable of precision it just has a noticeable amount of lag when small movements are required, especially slow small movements, I have found I often have to move a larger physical distance than expected to achieve a small finite difference in the cursor. An excellent overall mouse but i wouldn't recommend it for gaming of drawing using a mouse.

    Simply great

The only thing wrong with this mouse is that it's not bluetooth and the slight lag when "waking" it from standby.

Otherwise, it's got a great feel, the click is satisfying and solid, and the scrollwheel click is precise and easy to engage. The thumb buttons work well, too.

I'd give it 4.5/5 if half stars were allowed.
