    Comfortable & stay in place!

    • Written by from Saint Louis

These earphones do not fall out and are very comfortable to wear, because you fit them to your ear. I wear 2 different sizes for my ears. They stay in place and the sound clarity is the best. I like that you can hear clearly, but still be aware of traffic sounds when running outside.

    Best Earphones for Working Out!!!

    • Written by from Chicago

These earphones are undoubtedly the best for working out (running, biking, etc.). They never fall out and are extremely comfortable. The sound quality is great (because of the tight fit to the earlobe, the volume does not need to be as loud to achieve the same sound quality as other earphones). For the price, these earphones cannot be beat.

Best for Workout or Just Relaxing

    • Written by from HERMOSA BEACH

I've never been one to spend more than 20 or 30 bucks on a pair of headphones, but I decided that maybe investing the extra 30-40 may get me a pair of headphones to last more than just a month. Right out of the box, these headphones have great sound quality, and they are, by far, the most comfortable in ear headphones I've ever owned. I find myself opting to listen to my music through these over my external speakers quite a bit these days.

For working out, they're sweat resistant (so far) which has always been a problem with the default iPhone mic/headphones for me, the sound quality for calls is great. The rubber casing on the buds also gives the headphones great insulation against external noise without sacrificing any sound quality. Finally, the product's claims are completely true: I do a lot of running and core exercise which can involve a lot of twisting, rapid movement, etc. and these headphones stay in throughout. It was always a source of aggravation if something would catch my chord at the wrong time and pull the headphones out of my ear, but these stay in and are comfortable to boot. Well worth the money, if anything happens to my current pair, they're going to get REPLACED, not changed.

    Works Well!

    • Written by from Washington

This headphones are great for a workout but that a no brainer. These are not audiophile headphones; when played really loudly the distortion is clear. Nevertheless these are the most durable headphones ever. I have washed them twice (i am very absent minded about where I place things) and they work just as well as they did out of the box. These are not for someone who wants clarity in their music for everyday commuting because when your not focused on something else they tend to hurt the inside of your ear. Five out of Five for this product because it does what it was designed to do.

Durability Problems - last 3 months tops.

    • Written by from Bristol

These do stay in your ear well (even when jumping rope), so I stuck with them, but I went thru 3 sets, as they all develop a "short" in the cable where the cable connects to the ipod plug. Very frustrating as they sound better than the standard ear buds but just are not durable enough under normal conditions.

    Best headphones

I saw these at a running convention and tried them out but decided not to buy them. Later that week I found myself running with normal headphones and they kept falling out, so I decided to try these out. They turned out to be the best headphones for running

Great value for the price and DURABLE!

    • Written by from Visalia

Tried these out because so many earbuds have failed me at the gym and during intense workouts. For the price the sound quality Is good. I have had better, but theses are probably going to outlast the previous pairs I have bought. I have no pain, like the iPhone ear buds, and they don't budge, they truly lock in! No problems with the mic either. Overall the best earbuds I have purchased to date. Hope this helps.

    best earphone exercise

    • Written by

In my years of training I have been in search of an earphone that does what this product does. I rollerblade, run, do various cardio at the gym, and occasionally cycle. You simply place them in and forget about it. Such a pleasant departure from fiddling with headphones. So glad I found my Yurbuds.

A friend of mine highly recommended these "Yurbuds" to me. I'm glad I took their advice. These earphones are the most comfortable earphones I have ever used. Not only are they comfortable, but the sound is incredible. It ALMOST cancels sound, but you can still hear what is going on around you (which is a good thing). Glad I took a chance on these instead of wasting my money on Dr. Dre's beats.

Was skeptical at first, but after jogging and work out at the gymn, the earphones never fell out or came loose. I couldn't believe it. Listend to CD's and the sound was remarkable. A must buy! You won't be disappointed.

Love these, finally a pair of earphones that are made for working out. These earphone are not only comfortable but they don't fall out. Also if by any chance the size included in the box don't fit you can take a picture of your ear with a quarter next to it and they will send u a new size, how cool is that. They also have a lifetime warranty what more could you ask for.

Great durability and fit - mediocre mic

    • Written by from Portland

I was really happy with the sound, quality of build, and fit when I first left the store with these. Based on these attributes alone, I would give a 4-5 rating, especially for the price. However the problem came when I use the mic. I ride my bike while talking on the headphone frequently, and there is a strong echo, as well as an extreme oversensitivity to background noise and wind. Back to the Apple store I go.

    4 stars for fit

    • Written by from Toronto

If you are looking for a pair of headphones that will stay in your ears then these are the ones. The locking system is really a rubber "sleeve" that you put onto a regular pair of old school ear buds (like the kind that comes with your i-Pod) that are designed in such a way as to wedge itself comfortably into your outer ear. I stress outer-ear as these are not in-ear headphones so there is no sound isolation effect. These ear-phones have their mic/volume control/on-off button located in the area where the two wires coming off the earbuds meet. This puts the control buttons a little lower when wearing the headphones which takes a little getting used to if you are used to the Apple-mic position of these buttons on the right ear-bud, that many of the headphone manufacturers have also adopted. I see no benefit to locating the control buttons to where these Yurbuds have them and in fact I find the design more bulky and cumbersome especially for a pair of headphones that would be used by people while engaging in physical activity. That is not to say that this is a inhibitive design flaw.

Sound quality is average but the true selling factor for these earphones is that they stay in your ear and are comfortable to wear.

    Almost perfect

    • Written by from Toronto

Finally, I found a pair of ear buds that won't fall out, and still let me hear the environment around me (on low volumes). Great value, and if the buds don't fit, Yurbuds will make you a custom pair for free. The only 2 things I'm not happy with is the location of the remote (where the 2 ear bud wires join). I wish it was higher up on the left ear bud. The bass response could be better too. But I am satisfied with my purchase and they will be ideal when I bike to work.

They actually hold in place! i`ve been having problems finding decent earphones for the gym. I`ve passed a lot of pairs of other brands mainly because they aren`t sweat proof as they claim. Usually the mic is what stops working. ok enough about other brands... I`m impressed with these. Just bought them and they were really easy to put in... without all kinds of adjustments and tips. Happy to see they thought of making the mic sweat proof. Also...they`re fairly inexpensive

Don't buy them if you have small ears!

    • Written by from Kemptville

Uncomfortable! The sound is ok. I went from a pair of Apple earbud to the Bose MIE2i, which were stolen, to a pair of Jabras with the earfin (which I sweated into and shorted-out), to these. I just want my Bose back :( But I'm going to try the Sennheiser Adidas MX680i before I go back to buying Bose again... just because I seem to be going through a lot of earbuds and it's getting expensive. I don't want to risk shorting out the Bose and not have it covered under warranty.

Where the Bose were so comfortable, I forgot I was wearing them, these just caused me pain. They don't come with a smaller fitting, and that's my whole issue with them. I also find that the Y where the mic and the controls are located is too low on me. It hangs at my belly and I'm 5'3". That's just not practical for a phone call, as I have to hold the Y closer to my face for people to hear me. Kinda defeats the purpose of 'hands-free'.

So far so good.... if they fall out try the larger buds or have them custom

    • Written by from Anchorage

These headphones have held up wonderfully. Initially I had the same opinion as the other reveiwier noting that once you start sweating they fall out. However, I switched to the larger sized buds and they are great. I run about 50 miles a week and sweat ALOT. I've tried several other lines of sport headphones and they either fal out or the remote fails from water damage (even though they are waterproof).
the only minor downside is the remote is a bit heavy. If you clip it to your shirt just right it's not a huge bother.

    Not for Serious Athletes...

    • Written by from Brooklyn

These earphones take a minute to figure out, but once you get them in they feel great- until you start working out. I was sold by the tagline "designed for athletes by athletes" and disappointed by their performance. If you're into light jogging or something with minimal exertion they are decent. They won't fall out. But once you start sweating, forget it. They come out just like earbuds.

    Great Product

    • Written by from Greensboro

I really love these earbuds. The sound is great, and they stay in my ears comfortably. I did have one problem with the flexible silicone "enhancer" end that goes in the ear because they kept falling off. I ended up losing one of them. I called Yurbuds, and spoke to a very nice woman named Mandy who mailed me two new sets of the enhancers which got to me in 2 days. The trick when using these earbuds is to make sure you get them in the correct ear. They are marked "left" and "right", and it makes a difference as to how they fit. Despite the issue with the "enhancer" (which I think may have been my fault due to wearing them wrong), I gave them a 5 star rating because I really enjoy using the earbuds, and the fact that they fixed the issue I had with no hassle and no questions. Good customer service goes a long way!!

    Fantastic headphones for running

    • Written by from Georgetown

Went into the Apple store looking for the Sennheiser earbuds, and ended up leaving with these instead.

Love the sound quality, though putting those things in your ear feels weird at first. The iPod controls have a habit of flipping over but I can live with that. I also love that they picked a decent colour (red) for these rather than that god awful neon vomit that Sennhieser is using.

These are a perfect fit for my workout - mainly runs in the 10km range where my sweat was killing my Apple headphones.
