I don't know why everyone's freaking out. Yes, the battery and plugs do ware after a little while. No though, none of the issues addressed here are relevant to my father and step-mother's case. This case has provided average protection, has done its job of emergency-power, and is of decent build. Yes though, the design could see iprovements and the case could be more protective (especially of Digitizer). I'm a 3rd party iPhone Technician and frankly I like this case.

I can tell you one thing about this product. It takes a beating! I laid my iphone on top of my car, forgot I put it there and drove off. I heard a thump and looked at the speedometer, glanced in the rear view mirror and say the top part of the case bouncing down the road. I was doing 42 miles an hour and stopped as fast as I could. I put my hazards on and started walking around to find my phone. While searching I was questioning how bad it was going to be, it was Sunday, need my phone, no Apple Store around, cursing myself and finally found it face down. I hesitated as I didn't want to see the broken glass all over the place. To my amazement the phone had a couple of small scratches on the metal band and just a few hairline scratches around the speaker at the top. The Mophie case had gouges about 1/6" deep all over it. The case worked and saved my phone. The Mophie still charges and my phone works fine.
If I would have had a screen protector on it I think you would never be able to tell that my iphone slid and bounced down a country road at over 40 mph. I am sold on Mophies!!!

I extensively use my Apple iPhone 4. The mophie juice pack does exactly what it is designed to do, as well as protecting the phone.

Recently I submerged both in water and they died. My IT department bought a new phone and I wrote a note to mophie explaining it was still under warranty but I caused it to stop working properly by getting it wet. mophie sent me a return autorization and I was prepared, and expected, to pay some or all of the replacement cost. mophie sent a new Juice Pack at no charge.

You can be sure I will purchase their products whenever possible.

A great Two in One juice pack and phone protector accesory for Iphone 4 and 4s. If you cant get access to an outlet just simply turn on your mophie juice pack and it charges your Iphone. But doesnt give a Full charge Thats the only bad thing.

Product is great, it does exactly what I need it to do, let me use my phone all day. The only downside, if any, is that it uses the micro usb instead of apples plug-in style. Definitely gets the job done. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends. Great for anyone needing longer battery life especially at the office or while traveling.

After 3 month of intense use of the case one day i found out that the charging mico usb port is broked. Ok no problem i have asked mophie where i can find a replacement cap, they asked for the receipt and photo of the boken mico usb and 5 days later mophie send me a brand new case. Short story Mophie really loves his customers.

Delivers exactly as promised. I was looking for extra power while tracking long bicycle rides. When I head out I can switch on the Mophie and let it take care of the power. Previously I would have to either bring a charger or find one after 6-7 hours.
The fact that it also is housed in a tough case is a nice bonus. Great product!

I am an outside sales person. My work requires a relaible cell phone (we have iPhones). I use my phone all day everyday. I bought this Mophie battery pack cover 6 months ago. It has worked as advertised. When I need a charge it is there and does the job. The cover does a good job of protecting the phone. I have dropped the phone from my lap while exiting my car a couple of times and have been surprised that so far nothing has happened to the phone. I'm not a habitual review writer but thought enough of this product to do so here.

I love this case it protects your phone and also has a good extra battery life so u don't have to be worried your phone going dead. I really recommend this product to people that use the phone excessively and browse the web on their phone.

The only bad thing i find on the mophie is the charging port r . the only thing for me...It can add weight to the phone but gives you good battery service, no problems other ways. i have drop it and survived. its a good accessory for the 4s you will be surprised!!!.
